Philodendron brasil repot to avoid root rot!

My poor gal was swimming in a planter without holes and needed a rescue. I added fresh soil, removed the plug, and styled her a little differently.

I put mine on a moss pole. It's gradually climbing. And I HATE the death plug. That's what I found in my alocasia jacklyn.

Mine one just started to loose its yellow and light green strips, it's kinda fading away. It is in a well lit spot and gets bright indirect light, however the colors are still fading. Can you please help me out? 🥺

You can prune it back to when the leaves were still strongly coloured, it should help.
