      1) Definitely a pruning video. For all kinds of plants. Like is it only necessary when the leaves are dying off to simple evolution? Or to reshape a plant to your liking or to propagate?What about Monstera Delicioso- I have 12 fully developed leaves with beautiful fenestration but there are 3 same size leaves that have none- do you recommend pruning those off? 2) How about a bottom watering video. I bottom water 90% of my plants, only using distilled water. Been working out terrifically (don't fix what isn't broken lol) but I often wonder is half way up to the soil line enough (I use clear orchid pots for most of my plants)? Here's one you probably never heard, and I've never seen addressed-so here goes.. 3) Because I use only distilled water, which gets pretty pricey when you have 45+ plants, I often use the excess water to water my next plant. And so on and on. Because I top dress my plants with worm castings (which I then top water) I also use the water run off on other plants that need watering. Is it dangerous to re-use expelled water? Don't want to jinx myself, but the only pest I've ever had was fungus gnats- which I completely eradicated using an indoor bug zapper- killed the adults immediately, then the babies got wings and they died, so yay! That gadget stopped the cycle in it's tracks and no more yellow sticky traps which only prolongs their death and aren't always effective. Bug zapper is a much more humane way because it's instantaneous. Highly recommend...Amazon sells them and many are on sale at this time of the year. Anyway lol you asked and I delivered on topics. Maybe my reply will introduce information that some people may find informative. PS: I love your voice. So glad I somehow found you on a recommendation video. Great job! Going to check out your website too! 🎉❤🌱🍃🙌👏🦋🐞 😊

    Great videos! You’re comedic take on house plants really helps me watch the content until the end. 👍🏽 It’s always good to get different perspectives on how to care for a monstera. Mine just grew its first fenestrated leaf! 🙌🏽 New Subby. Will be following your content and suggestions.

    Great informative tips in your video!
    It looks like your monstera is the small form(borsigniana)monstera. If you want it to become really big, you might want to look into the deliciosa variety…. They get way bigger leaves and have more fenistrations(holes).

    Excellent video. I’m positive one of my monsteras is root bound, she’s growing, thriving but she growing crazy in every direction and I’m starting to notice some drooping.

    • @monstrofarm
      @monstrofarm  11 месяцев назад

      if the leaves are drooping, definitely check the roots to see if it's rootbound. In regards to growing crazy try attaching the individual stems to a bamboo pole if it's smaller plant or a cedar plank if it's a larger plant. This will help stabilize your plant and help produce fenestrations as long as it's receiving sufficient light.
