I take my two favorite vesrion of Batsuit and make 1 awesome bat armor
In this video I cover the body arms gauntlets and shin gaurd building process
all materials are eva foam and glued together with Barge contact cement and hot glue.

It would be awesome to see one of your pieces sprayed with rock guard. It would make it one solid area with no seams, but would also make it super durable, almost crime fighting worthy. Or even heat sealed netween some Kevlar fabric. Might be heavy, but still flexible

If you made the armor grey and the bat symbol black it would exactly look like a real life batsuit!
You should have a million subs! You're great at these tutorials. I'm building a Batman costume as I write this. I have a dark Knight trilogy cowl, but the suit will be unique. I'm making at look like light batmech type armor

Did you know that if you use a knife (e.g. xacto) and score the foam (slice a little bit through it) then run it over with a heat gun the cuts will open up giving the same effect as your burner, and will probably be easier, and won't give off fumes.
You should definatly finish this project
Could you use a hairdryer for a heat gun?
How flexible is it? Like if you were to wear it how much can you move?
What tools would you recommend for making the muscles of the suit
