Thanks for the video. You have helped me with my builds constantly over these past couple of years. Just when it gets frustrating at times, I watch your videos and you bring humor and fun back into building again. Always look forward to your videos and live feeds.
I know your just doing a voice over but it looks like your working very fast. It's so amazing your skill is very refined. I would be so scared of messing up. I'm so glad I found your channel I will be learning alot. Thanks
you all prolly dont give a shit but does anybody know a method to log back into an instagram account..? I was stupid lost the account password. I would appreciate any help you can offer me.
@Alex Ernest Thanks for your reply. I found the site through google and Im in the hacking process atm. Takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
Dude, I have watched so many of your tutorials and I've got to say, you are one of the most talented costume makers I've ever seen! I'm gonna be building a unique batsuit based on your tutorials
im venturing out into cosplay creations starting with a Batman costume i have got all the kit you use (more or less) i find your instructions easy to follow and your commentary is funny too...awesome dude diggin it
Hey Sean I know you might not read this or give me a shout out. But your builds are getting more badass with each tutorial. I'm freaking and geeking so hard about your Batman builds, since he's my favorite superhero. Keep up the good work and thanks
Men! ha ha! It´s the first video I see from you. Very talented. I like the Mitch Hedberg narration! It had me laughing all the way! I´m subscibing right now.
It would be awesome to see one of your pieces sprayed with rock guard. It would make it one solid area with no seams, but would also make it super durable, almost crime fighting worthy. Or even heat sealed netween some Kevlar fabric. Might be heavy, but still flexible
You should have a million subs! You're great at these tutorials. I'm building a Batman costume as I write this. I have a dark Knight trilogy cowl, but the suit will be unique. I'm making at look like light batmech type armor
Diggin' your videos and costumes! I'm really looking forward to it to do my own, I learn a lot from you, I hope I can use all these information soon! :) Please upload more videos when you carry on working on the Justice League Batman tactical suit!!!! :)
Amazing, just getting into the cosplay and monster on community at age 43, but loving it! I have no funds or recoreses or knowledge of what I'm doing, just feeding my creative appetite lol. Where did you learn this stuff, it's very profesionial😃
I've now destroyed two pieces of foam trying to get the abs to work. No matter how much I run the foam across the muscle definitions, it only barely shapes anything. If I up the heat, the foam starts to melt. If I press harder, it tears along the lines. What am I doing wrong here?
Did you know that if you use a knife (e.g. xacto) and score the foam (slice a little bit through it) then run it over with a heat gun the cuts will open up giving the same effect as your burner, and will probably be easier, and won't give off fumes.
I'm kind of stuck. I got the template and got everything almost done but I don't know how the side pieces on the ab part hooks to in the back. Any ideas? Thanks! Great looking stuff
Hey there, I got some of your basic templates from your websites but I don't really know how to assemble the V2 back piece. Do you have a list for videos that feature those templates or specific tutorials for them?
+SamboziPLAYZ you could use a flame thrower. Might not be as accurate and harder to find. If you notice, I do use the wood burner very often for details so it is worth investing in. Soldering iron will work as well but you only have 1 tip to work with.
I love your videos thanks for the inspiration again. Maybe you answered and I just missed it in one of your videos but why do you fill the pressed abs with hot glue? Does the prevent them from tearing all the way through?
The abs on this build came out looking pretty darn screen accurate. Great job so far, man! Look forward to seeing the completed product.

What does piece 5 from your template go to? It is on the arms template. You don't show the creation of it in your video?
Only just caught this! Just starting out and this was really useful. Great work!
Love the concept and execution so far-looking forward to the cape and cowl
Sick abs bro :D
You should have a million subs! You're great at these tutorials. I'm building a Batman costume as I write this. I have a dark Knight trilogy cowl, but the suit will be unique. I'm making at look like light batmech type armor

So far so groovy! :)
You are a foam wizard my dude! I would love to see this version on screen!
Hats off to you man awesome work especially the work flow.
Awesome work man, always impress me.
Cool batman suit
any thoughts on how to make a keaton-esque cowl from the '89 batman film with the scallops at the bottom to compliment the armor?
Desde España, me encanta tu trabajo, ¿que tipo de cola usas? Porque me a sorprendido lo rápido y fuerte que pega, un saludo.
utiliza contacto adhesivo flexible y el clásico pegamento de silicona caliente
Are the side pieces connected to cloth? I didn't see you do that part of the tutorial?
Your work is awesome man!
Could you use a hairdryer for a heat gun?
When cutting the chest pieces, do you cut them at a 45 degree angle or straight?
Brilliant as always, but i cant see the Keaton line yet,
Awesome work. Do you sell templates?
so far so groovy
FOR SURE making this!! Awesome job!
How flexible is it? Like if you were to wear it how much can you move?
Are the muscle patterns included?
ide love to see how you would make Tim Burton Batman cowl out of the same materials

Wow, really creative!
Nice!
I am very picky on which channels to subscribe, you have one more person watching.
Que material ocupaste? Por favor pasame el dató
can you use a hair dryer or anything else as I do not have a heat gun ?
Just got the templates, can't print them to the correct size though, can you help?
hello xieng, love your work! i would like to know wich temperature you have in the fan?
Have you made the batman begins suit before?
Did you know that if you use a knife (e.g. xacto) and score the foam (slice a little bit through it) then run it over with a heat gun the cuts will open up giving the same effect as your burner, and will probably be easier, and won't give off fumes.

+Illidari Posse i will make an update video on how all that gose together. I didnt realize i left that part out until the video was uploaded
Hey there, I got some of your basic templates from your websites but I don't really know how to assemble the V2 back piece. Do you have a list for videos that feature those templates or specific tutorials for them?
you try something for aquaman, like the other armors you build but with scales
Does the template include a cowl template in the pattern set
i hate to ask this but, can you make Azrael's costume from Batman Arkham Knight??
Can u plz do a superman armour tutorial
Gotham Central Injustice 2 superman would be better
He can't do Henry Cavill's Superman. He can do Injustice one. Since it has some armor pieces. It will be easier to build it using foam.
Ben H Superman doesn’t where armor
Do the leaked Nicholas Cage Superman Armor.
If u have time can you make the ICURSIO armor from akame ga kill
This is awesome dude!
i think the justice league war cowl would really look good with this
If you don't have a wood burner is there something else you can use? Or is it worth investing in one?
+SamboziPLAYZ you could use a flame thrower. Might not be as accurate and harder to find. If you notice, I do use the wood burner very often for details so it is worth investing in. Soldering iron will work as well but you only have 1 tip to work with.
xieng prod Thank You!!! Your cosplay are Amazing!!!
Full of skills congrats
You should paint the inside of the emblem black and leave the outside bronze
For your next cosplay, you should make a thanos cosplay or the infinity gauntlet
I love your videos thanks for the inspiration again. Maybe you answered and I just missed it in one of your videos but why do you fill the pressed abs with hot glue? Does the prevent them from tearing all the way through?
+Bryant Johnson hot glue fills the gap giving the muscle effects more definition
Can you please do a batman begins armor tutorial
Sean, I love your awesomeness play by play commentary! Are you going to make an Injustice 2 Sub-Zero armor?
how did u trace the template into the foam? the template is not ready for sale yet right? thanks
If you made the armor grey and the bat symbol black it would exactly look like a real life batsuit!
Hay Sean what size would you be printing your files on and would you do halo cosplay
+Keith Hanlon files are poster format. Select "poster" in the print option window.
What laser cutter do you use
you're sick bro. if you come to Mexico, count with free tacos and mezcal xD btw you should do a JL Aquaman armor.
brilliant tutorial. Thank you
Is this all freehand before you did this?
What is it you actually sell a pdf download, or foam cut to size. ?
Awesome dude
wow very detailed ty soo much
Ever consider doing Green Goblin from the original spiderman movie?
Amazing as always!!
I would buy these for comic con especially the Batman Beyond❗️❗️❗️
When are you going to make the Arkeaton knight cowl?
What could you use instead of a wood burner
+Glendon Mckinney try a butter knife and a candle.
awesome bro..
You : im batman and you better subscribe to me
Me : ok subscribed
Can you make this for purchase lol I’m too clumsy to even try to make anything my self
