I’m impressed
4 days in on my build and looking great. Had to modify for a 44" tall individual, but other than that and alternating color scheme on ab armor (purely for preference (not "correctness")) all total thanks to you. Being broke and disabled I copied everything by eye or what felt easiest. Much props (pun)(my first foam build so a little bit of a learning curve....God bless youtube and google)

Oh and for the neck seal try a plastic thing. You could cut up a cheap cowl maybe? Check out cosplay Chris' videos on neck seal
For the neck guard I would make the lower part out of foam, then the top out of fabric

I recommend using foam for the base of the neck guard and material for the main part of the neck guard. Possibly a bit of craft foam on the main part for a little awesomeness? Also the craft foam should help the material keep it's shape? All I'm sayin'! Lol!
+Martyn Welbourn yes.. ive messed around with different materials. I find faux leather works best. But not many have sewing machines than can sew heavy materials so i try to simplify it.

its done using kitchen cabinet/drawer liners (common practice in DIY car mods) you can get rolls for super cheap, he actually has a how-to vid around here somewhere.
