What type of foam did you use? And how thick was it (Measurement)?

With the chest part...are the bevel on the outside or inside of the bottom and side of the under chest

How long in inches is the elastic along the back and also I cut the elastic piece that connects the side to the chest and the length was way too short. Am I suppose to add length to that 2 1/2 length you mentioned?

this is a weird question do you have to use the emblem?
From the looks of things no. He did things in an order that works for him and put it on during the build but he could have just as easily left it off if that were what he wanted. Seems to just be made of everyday craft foam not thicker stuff and no special tricks or anything mandating it's use

Where can I download the muscles form ?
I bought the template from etsy but what are the print settings for each size? I am 5'10" and about 165 lbs. I don't know what percentage or the print settings to get the accurate template size for the pdf files.? Please help.
I would recommend trying the large sized patterns.
AresArmoryStudios I figured that but what size should the pdf printout be.? I assume print at actual size in Adobe reader?
8.5x11 sheets are assumed and disable shrink to fit if that's usually turned on in your printer settings.

Maybe. It's designed to be done with flexible materials like foam. You could try it but I wouldn't recommend it.

Haha! No. A lot of time referencing pictures. Designing and re-designing until I got the patterns right.

What foam are you using
The foam seem stiff is the craft foam board
It is firmer than most EVA foams you'll come across but it is EVA foam. You wouldn't be able to get the curves with craft foam board.
What width of foam did he use?
Adrián Salazar probably 5mm or 3mm foam
