I made this and it was fantastic. The only thing that I changed was I found pre-cut steak, and I just cooked it regularly (and let it marinate for six hours) and it turned out beautifully.

Tina, if let it marinate and cook correctly it won't be. These cuts do well being cooked fast at high temperature.
