In this video I will show you how to book German D-Visa Stamping appointment at VFS global centre. What to Do after you get your approval mail from german embassy/consulate. Because we need to submit after we get approval mail from german embassy. Moreover, I will also show you how to track your existing visa application apart from VFS global tracking website.

@Prachita Bakliwal If your University is public only semester contribution will work. However, If it is private University then you have to pay 2 semester fee.

What does it mean?
I have my university admit but don't have Goethe certificate. I have a medium of instruction certificate with which I apply to universities. Can I get the visa ?
@Harold Augustine get a mail from your university that you have passed all prerequisites and does not required to show additional proof of language. Moreover you can mail to embassy to confirm about MOI ans attach the reply with your documents on the day of your appointment. Write a Good SOP/LOM and you will surely get a visa.
If city immigration officer will not give information about your file. What can I do now ??

But the address updated on it is my current address where I am living on rent and my permanent address is different. So would that be an issue in the visa process? Very well explained. Thank you. Could you please provide the following information: 1. how to contact German Embassy in India for status and 2. How to contact the the city immigration office in Germany. We submitted our documents at VFS Delhi on March 13th and the same reached embassy on March 16. We sent an email to zZxxx on March 27 and the next day they replied that they have not received the documents from India. We have to reach university as soon as possible as the online classes would stop and there would be a gap after April 6 till we reach university. Kindly advise accordingly, as to how we could expedite the process. Thanks
@Jeevan Sahota answers to first and second question is already shared by me. the last part is that, you have to call or mail embassy regarding urgency of the application. So they might help.

@09 Abha Pandey you can do both. If you plan to walk-in then you have to get premium lounge which is expensive.

HI Akshun, thanks for the very helpful video. I submitted my visa application at the VFS Centre in New Delhi in early February and got a mail from zzVisaBva saying that my documents had arrived at the Düsseldorf Ausländerbehörde 3 weeks later. Since then (it has been 4 months), I haven't received any response from the Ausländerbehörde despite e-mailing them every few weeks (getting automated responses everytime), and both zzVisaBva and the German Embassy in New Delhi have said that they can't provide any status regarding my application since it is still being processed in the Ausländerbehörde. Do you have any advice on what I can do in this situation, since I am currently attending classes online but it is mandatory for me to attend in-person very soon
@Centiza you can mail your german university and ask if they have given their verification to Ausländerbehörde and then you can write an email to zzvisaBva from a different email id.

brother yeh d visa stamping ke liye agar walk in karte hai toh notify ya kahi option select karni padhti hai ? Matlab direct waha chala jau aur bolu ki d visa stamping walk in hai ya kahi notify karna padhta hai prior ki hum aa rahe hai ?
@Japsahib Bindra Walkin ke liye directly jao. App call kr ke pucho ge vo bole ge walkin D-stamping allowed nhi hai. But agr app Monday to Friday before 2:00 Pm jao ge vo allow kr de ge apko. Bas apko premium lounge lena phade ga.

@deepanshu prashar Apki travel insurance 1 saal ki validity hai inko 6 months chiye hoti hai. Apko koi problem nhi aye gi.

They took my passport for the German language course at the German embassy, New Delhi. I am a bit confused because they returned passport of many people but took mine... does it mean i am rejected? And if in any case i get visa approved, do i still need to go for d-stamping process?
It can happen but in your case now. You don’t need a separate d-stamping process.
I have already submitted the passport during the Visa Appointment. In this case the Visa would directly be couriered right ? I do not need to take seperate Appointment for stamping.
@Abhaya Arak if you submit your visa, you don't need to book a separate d-visa stamping appointment. Your visa will be directly couriered to you.

When will I get my passport stamped?
@Vaasu Changotra Yes, when you receive the mail/sms from VFS that passport has been received from German Embassy. You can go and collect it with the receipt you got on D-stamping appointment date.

@Supreet Kumar you can find your city immigration details on google and then contact them.
How much time does it take to get passport after stamping appointment?
@Aditi Saxena when your passport reached embassy. then it usually take 3-4 days excluding courier. It is average time, sometime you receive a bit early and sometimes a bit late.

@Angita Thapa zzVisaBVA sometimes skip some email. If 7-10 days have passed and you have received no status. I request you to send one more email to them.

Yes, it is ready with your visa. You can go to vfs center and collect your passport.

You can directly go to pick up your passport. Just take your receipt with you that you received on your visa appointment date.

@ashish pandey if you meet your University and course requirements for IELTS. you will face no problem. Germany usually focus on overall band score, until and unless your course demand each band score to be high.
The town council of Berlin is the responsible immigration office (Ausländerbehörde).

@Keshav Sharma Sometimes embassy take more than 10-15 days to send a passport submission mail. Do not worry you will receive your mail this week. You can also call and email them regarding your urgency and that your classes have already started. They might help you.

Does zzVBA send us a automatic mail after the completion of our visa application process in Germany?

One more thing....As suggested in your video I mailed the Ausländerbehörde in Potsdam(my city of Study) they replied me this..." Your visa procedure is in the so-called silence procedure.
The embassy issues the visa automatically after a period of 23 days without you needing the approval of the immigration authorities.
Therefore, please contact the German embassy to issue your visa."
What does this mean?
@Rakshit Verma you have to mail ZZ again.
If you visa application is in period of silence procedure, that means your application will be on hold for 23 days, if anyone want to raise any concerns over your visa application they can. However, if you silence procedure period has passed your visa will automatically be approved.

It think nowadays they take passport on day of your appointment. So people don’t need this step. However, you can still watch how to track your visa application.
