- Hello everyone, So I had my visa appointment on April 15, 2024, at VFS Delhi.
In this video, I've shared my personal experience and an incident that happened to me yesterday before my visa appointment.

Hello For VFS Mumbai last slots were opened on 26th May and now I'm facing difficulties booking slots there. Can you guide when can the next slots will be available?
Well, brother, there is a logic and a pattern in which Delhi VFS releases slots, but it's uncertain for Mumbai.
Rest. If I get any updates from my end, I will definitely let you know.
I am into a huge problem related to APS.
I applied for an APS certificate in December 2023, but in January 2024, I got to know that I have a name problem in my documents.
The problem is that in my academic documents (10th, 12th, and college), my name is RAVAL MEETKUAMR, but in my personal documents (PAN, ADHAR, PASSPORT), it is RAVAL MEET. When I applied to APS with RAVAL MEETKUMAR, the APS form we had to send to the office had the same name.
So, in January, I changed my name in ADHAR and PAN to RAVAL MEETKUAMR and applied for a reissued passport. I got an APS certificate in February 2024 with the wrong name, RAVAL MEET. Now I also have a result passport with the correct name.
I mailed them more than 20 times and couriered all the documents, but I haven't received a response from them.
What should I do? , Should I reapply for APS with my reissued passport or just go with this APS certificate??
Where do you live?If you or some other known person lives in Delhi Then ask them to visit the Aps office, as applying again for an Aps certificate would take time and money.
And if last me koi confirmation, na mile toh re-apply as soon as possible.
Bhai according to new rules we should have 11904 euros in our block account from 1 sep 2024 but i will apply for visa before September so should I add more funds to my blocked account or no need to do please inform me 🙏🙏🙏

Actually, one set of documents is sent to Germany, and one set is kept in the Embassy.
Yeah, it is mentioned, and it is compulsory to carry two sets of documents at the time of appointment.
@@mythh007 Thank you for prompt response, yeah, I know about need of two sets, but usually it is either both sets black-and-white or both coloured .
You mentioned one coloured and other black and white, why so?
@VS-xz1yv It's a rule of VFS, and is applicable in all VFS of India. As far as I know, the colored sets are sent to Germany for proper checking.
So they need a clear and colored set for processing our application.

with 80% Focus on the face and Matte finish.

hi brother, i am yet to recieve aps certificate, and can book a slot after getting it only. I have got an admit for october intake, let's say i can book a visa appointment for august. Can I get it approved in due time and land in germany within first week of october?
Yeah, it's possible, but for this to happen, you need to book your visa slot in July or the beginning of August

Waitlist slots takes around 15-20 days to open for appointment booking
Average time to get german student visa is 30 to 45 days
I got mine in 30 days

Nope they just arrange your Xerox copies according to the checklist without checking the original documents

In which VFS do you want to book the appointment?
If you want to book for Delhi, then start looking for slots from June 28th onwards.
And for Mumbai, the last slots opened on the 25th in the morning, and Mumbai slots open in an uncertain way.

Mumbai slots were open today.
It was open in the morning, around 11 a.m. to 11:45 p.m.
A few cancellation slots were available for June 24/26/27.
Ahh yes! The slots were open for the booking till 28th of June. No later slots were available. So I believe the slots will again open by 25,26 June for the booking of the month of July.

According to me, it would go against your visa file if you were going for the July intake, as there are only 19 days left.
These things matter a lot, and the visa officer and the embassy consider these points while issuing visa

You need an Aps certificate number to book a slot
And only after slot booking, you can appear for interview or direct visa appointment
