@Kunal Kumar Singh, it is not a mandatory field that you need to enter. However if you are working and by the time of your appointment you will resign then you can write no occupation. Rest they ask for your field of work not weather you are working or not.

@Kunal Kumar singh if you are entering your work experience in cv and cover letter than you need to show its documents along with you appointment. However work ex doc are not mandatory but highly recommended as they show what you have done after your studies.

@Ajay Patil admission letter will work in most of cases, if it is written in admission letter that you need to be physically present at the university in Germany.
@Ajay Patil then also you should not face any issue because this certificate was mainly asked at the time of pandemic. However, I have seen people getting visa with this letter also. So there is no need to worry.

Hi Akshun, Did you attest or notaries your academic documents? Also did you also submit affidavit of support from your father or mother? Do we also need to submit Bank statement? And if yes, how much balance is required?
@Prachita Bakliwal No need to notarise your academic documents for your VFS appointment. I did not submit affidavit of support or bank statements. These are additional documents. Usually vfs don’t accept these. But if you are going to a private university and want to add these documents, you have to request the VFS guy to attached these too.

@Raksha Kak You can find it under Documents. On the top right there is your avatar ( 3 stripes) click on that, then documents -> Then download -> Under health insurance you will find Incoming insurance ( with date and without date). Those are your travel insurance.
Hi, I just booked the appointment recently because slots were getting filled quickly. I have atleast 1 and half month left for VISA appointment (24 August). Hi Akshut, I have a six year work experience and I am going for doing MBA in Germany this fall semester. I had a doubt regarding the financial documents required for visa appointment. On the website they have mentioned to show financial proof of tuition fees of first two semesters, so can I just show my indian bank balance as the proof as fee for the next semester or do I have to add that amount into my block account as well? Also, if I can show the next semester fees in my indian bank account, do I need to show any proof from where it came in my account? Lastly, I have a 6 year work experience, and an income of around 1 lakh per month so do I still need to show someone else as my sponsor or not?
Hello Akshun, within my admit letter it is already mentioned that " The lectures at TUHH will take place in presence! It is not possible to take classes online! Personal attendance at the TUHH is required from the start of lectures at the very latest! For a successful start of your studies, we strongly recommend to be present in person from October 1, 2024 onwards. " So do i still need to get Physical Presence Letter??
hello i have a question my classes have already been started and was offering online classes till 28th of October. my appointment is on 7th November. what kind of additional extension letter is needed? @MISS CHARM GAMING Get an email from college that you can come late, as your extension have already expired on 28th oct. A simple mail like, the student can to Germany in November also will work. Because VFS might take your application but embassy will ask for the mail. That University will have no issue if student comes late.

I have also attended my classes till 28th of October. Also in an email they mailed me that missing my course is a problem so they recommend me to come to university within first few weeks of November.

@PB06 Wale PTE is usually accepted for Visa Appointment. However as it in not mentioned in the checklist provided my German embassy. So there might be confusion. I"ll suggest you to write an email to German embassy asking for PTE acceptance. IF they agree you can submit your PTE certificate. If not you might want to appear for IELTS or get an MOI ( stating you have completed your universities language requirement and no further proof is required).

@Pallavi Thakur See there is no concrete time, when you will receive your email for visa appointment. However I can say that, if your VFS center is other than New Delhi, you have a higher probability of getting slot mail faster.
@Pallavi Thakur Ask your institute about your late arrival. In a ideal case if you receive an appointment in month of October. You might be able to reach Germany in December. As German embassy is the slowest when it comes to processing visa application as compared to german consulate for student visa in India. For Volunteers Service it might be faster.

@RaJat Kumar if your college has accepted it. Embassy will have no issues. In Germany they don’t focus on bands of each module but the overall band. On your appointment give both things.

For these document you can keep a coloured copied with you but they will work if you have them digitally as well.

I have not got any physical presence letter, just got admit letter and fees receipt. Can you plz suggest what to do without physical presence letter
It is usually mentioned in your admission letter that you need to be so it is sufficient. It was during pandemic they used to send a separate letter.

Hi Akshut, I have a six year work experience and I am going for doing MBA in Germany this fall semester. I had a doubt regarding the financial documents required for visa appointment. On the website they have mentioned to show financial proof of tuition fees of first two semesters, so can I just show my indian bank balance as the proof as fee for the next semester or do I have to add that amount into my block account as well? Also, if I can show the next semester fees in my indian bank account, do I need to show any proof from where it came in my account?
Lastly, I have a 6 year work experience, and an income of around 1 lakh per month so do I still need to show someone else as my sponsor or not?
@bhagyashree.dalvi15 No, Indian bank account usually won't work. You have to use 3 methods they have told in the checklist to show proof of funds.

i have a question my classes have already been started and was offering online classes till 28th of October. my appointment is on 7th November. what kind of additional extension letter is needed? I have my enrollment certificate and an additional document stating I can attend classes online till 28 oct and after that I can still view the notes of the classes in online platform and early presence is necessary. Please help me with this
@MISS CHARM GAMING Get an email from college that you can come late, as your extension have already expired on 28th oct. A simple mail like, the student can to Germany in November also will work. Because VFS might take your application but embassy will ask for the mail. That University will have no issue if student comes late.
@@akshundogra but university gave me letter confirming my enrolment as a student and also dates are mentioned in my enrolment certificate from September to February. I have also attended my classes till 28th of October. Also in an email they mailed me that missing my course is a problem so they recommend me to come to university within first few weeks of November.

I had applied for my master's in bsbi campus Berlin for winter 2023. I got my admit card on the basis of English proficiency test PTE and submitted my fees too. I also applied for APS certificate. I want to know that should I get visa on the basis of my admit card which is already I have on the basis of PTE or still I have to do ilets? Please reply as soon as possible.
@PB06 Wale PTE is usually accepted for Visa Appointment. However as it in not mentioned in the checklist provided my German embassy. So there might be confusion. I"ll suggest you to write an email to German embassy asking for PTE acceptance. IF they agree you can submit your PTE certificate. If not you might want to appear for IELTS or get an MOI ( stating you have completed your universities language requirement and no further proof is required).

@Pallavi Thakur See there is no concrete time, when you will receive your email for visa appointment. However I can say that, if your VFS center is other than New Delhi, you have a higher probability of getting slot mail faster.

As German embassy is the slowest when it comes to processing visa application as compared to german consulate for student visa in India. For Volunteers Service it might be faster.

@Tanweer Faisal If your enrollment letter has a date in it. For example from oct to march. You won't need extension letter. Or if you have an email from your course co-ordinator, stating you can arrival late, you can take that print and along with enrollment letter you can submit it.

@Nitin Dubey you can’t reschedule your appointment after 48 hours. Now you have cancel your slot. Then apply for APS, then get in waitlist again for new slots.

@RaJat Kumar if your college has accepted it. Embassy will have no issues. In Germany they don’t focus on bands of each module but the overall band. On your appointment give both things.
