    New subscriber. loving the way you think and deliver your information. Appreciate the time you take to do this to help others! I’ve had three hernia surgeries and use to have issues with my hips always cramping up feeling tight. This was great to add to my stretches and warm up. Thanks Josh!

    What feels funny to me about crossfit that a solid warm up can easely go into 30-40 mins for a 10-15 min workout. A good prep is half the work done

    Sleep habits or structure? What brand of bed and what harness? I've always been intrigued by this type of recovery...sleeping. What do you do throughout the day to help sleep better, whether it's a time you don't drink coffee after or evening cool down stretching or yoga? How many hours a night do you sleep and are you super strict on that time? Eating habits before bed? Any and everything that rounds your idea of sleep.

    • @JoshBridges
      @JoshBridges  5 лет назад

      In bed before 10 most of the time, no coffee in the afternoon. If you've exhausted yourself throughout the day, getting sleep shouldn't be an issue

    Hi, I've been doing morning calisthenics workouts a lot the past few months, in addition to using and moving my body a lot at work (I work at my local recycling centre).. I noticed after about a month, I couldn't do certain movements because of pain in shoulders, espically when doing leg raises hanging from a pull up bar. Now, my shoulders click when I rotate and move them in certain ways... I know this isn't a good thing.. what can I do to help my shoulders ''get better''? Any good stretches that I can do?
    Thanks!
