  • 12 rounds for time:
    16 double unders
    4 handstand push-ups
    2 deadlift 275lbs
    Fun and quick. Wanted to go all four handstand push-ups each time but it wasn’t happening. I had fantastic double under rounds (round 2) and terrible rounds (round 1). Didn’t warm up with a belt and it psychologically played with the jump ropes. Wanted to go under a minute per round and I barely did!
