AMRAP in 8 minutes
30 Wall Ball Shots (9/6 kg)
10 Clean-and-Jerks (40/35 kg)

Score: 136 (16 wall balls in final set)
Went 95, 135, 155, and was planning on 175 for the final bar but didn’t get there. Plus 9 ft target. Disappointed not to get at least a shot on the final clean and jerk but this blew my legs and shoulders up bad. 155 just wasn’t moving like it should. Give this one a go!

For time: 30 Snatches (135 but scaled to 115) 30 strict handstand push-ups Not much strategy here. Singles on the snatches because they are heavy for me and then tried going small consistent sets and fell apart at the 20 rep and had to go really small sets until singles. @@maxe7056 Man some of these are absolute burners. I did the "Dead Meat" workout from Dec 4th and that was killer. Finished in 27:28 which I felt good about. Hardest one was "Miron" workout from 9/8. Man that one crushed me. Would love to see you try is this EMOM. 14 minute EMOM- 7 pullups, 7 hanging leg raises, 7 MB slam. I can get to about 10 minutes and then I just fall off and get behind.
@ that sounds like a terrible workout. The pull-ups would absolutely be the limiter for me there. Miron was rough but I’m a smaller dude so made it easier since the weights were Bodyweight dependent

Hey. Bin gerade fertig geworden. Fast 30min 😢 . Keine Double unter. Vorher 60min Spinningrad, dann 50 Backsquats (20kg Sandbag) 50 DB Snatch (12,5kg) 50 Push Press ( auch 12,5kg DB) insgesamt!!! Dann 4min Spinningrad. Boa😮😮 war das hart. Hatte einen Puls von 195 Hab viel Pause gemacht. Hatte gestern schon ein hartes Workout in der Crossfit Box Crefeld. Da lief auch ein kleines Kind rum. Alle haben aufgepasst. Bis bald Grüße aus dem kalten Deutschland

That sounds pretty nasty. I feel like everything is always tougher with dumbbells compared to a barbell so great job!

Question do you workout everyday? or how is your split routine?
@leandrocisneros8789 During the school year I typically go 4 days on, 3 days rest. During the summer when I'm off, usually I'll go 6 days a week. Just depends. I know most people follow like a 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off week cycle but with kids and job you just have to get it when you can.

Nice work Max! The first part was meant to ease you in, with the second part having to really enter the pain cave. I was so close to stopping after the third round of the second piece, but glad I was able to finish. Needless to say I wont be revisiting this one for a while haha. Thanks for trying it out!

This is a great WOD, I love Annie and have a fast time (5:31) because of situp speed, I think you can work on some things: 1. Keep your hips on the ground for the entire movement. Slamming your lower back into the ground isn't helping you situp. 2. I prefer my feet flat on the floor with knees closer together. You can engage hamstrings in this position which helps in the coming up part of the situp. 3. Keep your arms straight and reach all the way overhead with the back of the fingertips touching the ground (keep palms towards to sky). Violently throw arms to help situp. 4. Exhale when siting up, inhale on the way down. Hope this helps.
