As a Hungarian I find it really easy to pronounce these vowels. Probably that helps a lot that we have a "short" and "long" version of every one of them.
Hi, Emma. l wish I had found you 10 years ago. You are super wonderful when you teach British pronunication. These sounds were so difficult for me as a non-native speaker, but now they aren't. Thanks a lot. I wish you 8 billion subscribers for your channel.
I recommend to all that she is very talented and good teacher please. share her RUclips channel with your friends and who want to improve your spoken skills❤️❤️❤️❤️ Favourite youtuber ever ❤️
Hello teacher ! Love studying English pronunciation from you. It's very useful to study to make our English fluently when we speak. Thank you very much.
Thank you Emma, you make it easier, I mean less difficult indeed, I’ve been living in Uk for more than 3 years and I can speak with people, but I still feel I’m not very understandable. Your videos are finally helping me to understand my pronunciation mistakes. Finally I know what I have to put my efforts on. Thank you
Thanks Emma!!! I think this is the best explanation about those vowels I've ever heard. For example, I love practising with this my "scale of vowels": wheel - will - well - wall / heel - hill - hell - hall / feel - fill - fell - fall 😊
¡Te amo! 👌🏻♥️ Muchas gracias por enseñarnos muchas cosas! Yo aprendo mucho con vos. Definitivamente la mejor teacher! 👌🏻 You're definitely the best teacher (indeed) and I feel that I learn so many things with you. Thank u so much, darling! ♥️ Greetings from Nicaragua! 🇳🇮🇳🇮
Hola Emma, estoy muy agradecido contigo porque tu canal me ha ayudado bastante, me has sacado de preguntas muy significativas. Te amo. Me enamora tú bello acento británico. Saludos desde Bogotá, Colombia.
The problem for an Italian like me is that the english sound ɪ is between our "i" sound and our "é" sound :( However you are the best and also the nicest and cutest english teacher on youtube!
FASCINATING ! The way you teach is easy, fun and effective 100% now when I'm teaching to my coworkers at the hotel I use your techinique of the invisible string in order to improve the productions of these three vowel sounds. Now SHORT AND MISERABLE ! / i/ it's ok since this sound doesn't need muscular effort 😀😀😀😀
I loved this video. Thanks. I don't find it hard to hear the differences, however, I do sometimes have the feeling that some English natives pronunce words that should start with a /ɪ/ sound, with a /e/ sound... For example words like: extraordenary and excuse. Is it just an impression or does it really happen sometimes?
This video is really useful as all yours. You're fantastic, Emma! While you were saying the sentences I looked at your mouth carefully. I'm looking forward to watching another videos like this one sooon. Thank you very much indeed!
Can you do a playlist of about 15-20 stories about your experiences or someone else’s experiences? The reason I am asking is that I like to mimic the way you speak naturally while watching your videos, but I would like to have more videos about different topics for this.
Emma, thanks for a great lesson. Can you elaborate a little on question tag isn't it pronunciation? Brits tend to pronounce it it different ways: innit, isnit, isintit....
It’s been a while but I hope you found this video useful! I will be going back to posting every Friday again in the future! 😊
