Hey there!! I just finished this and boy, was thus more satisfying than a Hiit workout or what. I'm sweating bullets here. Thank you for putting these out on the web! I wanted to check with you if these movements are alright to do, for someone who has a history of sciatica issues ?
I’m on week 3 of doing this every other day and thank you 🙏 feeling good and difficult things happening slowly. On the other days I do an easier routine

I have 3 of your routines committed to memory as a foundation of go-to movement practices, so this was actually the first time I have tuned in in a while - even though I follow your practices daily. The point: your impact goes beyond online platforms, and it's great that I can carry on Miladian discourses without having to be glued to the screen! Nevertheless, this was yet another winner winner tofu dinner from Kellen the Great! ⭐ ✨ ⭐
You deserve more follower! Your videos incorporate the most neglected areas of fitness. Probably because they seem less attractive to pursure in the first place (compared to hypertrophy training) but as soon someone got first aches from squatting or deadlifting, they will all end up here. Stay consistent mate
Mobility is so much better than static stretching. It is unbelievable!

Week 8 I’m still going 2x per week now. The kneeling + reach behind has finally come 🏖️
