    Hey there!! I just finished this and boy, was thus more satisfying than a Hiit workout or what. I'm sweating bullets here.

    I’m on week 3 of doing this every other day and thank you 🙏 feeling good and difficult things happening slowly. On the other days I do an easier routine

      Thanks for the encouragement! Took one week off of the routine and back to it today. The most difficult part for me is reaching back in the squat thing, any tips on that transition?

    I have 3 of your routines committed to memory as a foundation of go-to movement practices, so this was actually the first time I have tuned in in a while - even though I follow your practices daily. The point: your impact goes beyond online platforms, and it's great that I can carry on Miladian discourses without having to be glued to the screen!     You deserve more follower! Your videos incorporate the most neglected areas of fitness. Probably because they seem less attractive to pursure in the first place (compared to hypertrophy training) but as soon someone got first aches from squatting or deadlifting, they will all end up here. Stay consistent mate
