Great to see how far you guys have come❤️❤️
Good stuff. Thank you
Hi guys appreciate your help as always.
I'm wondering how many day am I supposed to keep icing it?
from the start ther was no major swelling but was painful.
jump test 6:17
Is it safe to do this test without the risk of reinjury?
I’d try doing the Hop test first before trying the jump test if you are worried about reinjuring yourself doing this. (They made a video about the hop test)
I got sprained ankle 2 weeks ago (right one) after falling from 2 stairs in cinema. The 1st 3 days I couldn't walk. And then I started walking with very limited movement. My instep is really sore and the whole surface of my foot is kind of dark. When I squatted, I felt pain on my ankle (right in front--dunno the name), and my toes are still looking dark purple. Under my foot, on the center right under my thumb, there is a bruise. It starts fading, though. I had x ray and it showed no fracture. Why do I feel nerve pain every now and then tho? Why do my toes also swollen? And why my instep feels so tender? How fast I can completely heal, walk and run again?
Thanks a lot. Love your vids. :)

hey doctor, I've had a sprained for about 5 months now. I know it's been a while but I was late on physiotherapy. any ways my ankle is getting stronger but there's still a bit of swelling and it's not as mobile as the other one. when would the swelling go away? should I apply ice or is it too late
Same here...... I past alll the test but i still have some amount of swelling
@@Deaglee007 how is your ankle doing now ?
@@Decay-Reverbs it took a good 6 months for swilling to vanish...its been 2 years now, sometimes when i stand for long i see a bit of swelling other than that its all good

Question, so I’m coming back from an ankle injury, I feel no pain to walk but when I do certain movements it cracks a lot, would you recommend doing in this case?
What would you recommend?*
Cut it off. It’s no good.
@@kieransoregaard-utt8 sounds good I’ll get to it right now
