    Thank you for making this video. I have a 2010 CX-9 and was just told that it needs a new driveshaft - due to the bushings wearing out. Your video gave me an excellent idea of the nature of the problem and the nature of the repair. Nice work and thank you, again.

    Awesome video. This is in my near future. Think you'd have enough clearance if it was just on floor jacks? Happy with the amazon part?

      Scratch that you mentioned it. Just got it out using floor jacks. Little tight but doable.

    Hi, maybe you help, have 2013 mazda cx9, trying to remove rear coupling from rest of rear differential while still on car. Drive shaft is out of the way and i think i got all the necessary bolts but coupling is stuck fast to the diff. What am i missing? Thank you

      Try wedging a screwdriver or a chisel and giving it like taps and also giving it a light tap from the side with a nice solid hammer between the two surfaces

      @@crazyricha9784 where the drive shaft connected to the coupling , on the coupling is a large nut and washer, nut stays on?

      @@crazyricha9784 the large nut is centered in middle of circular plate where the drive shaft would connect
