Could the piston accidently eject from the caliper if your polarity isn't correct the first try

Ive done this a few times no usually if its revered it will either go in or go out the other way. there is a built in stop it won't send the piston out lol. also the piston moves very slowly so nothing should fly out you'll be safe.

What power source do you connect it to?

any power source you can find will work typically we just run it to the battery our power probe comes with a 20ft cable
