Just did this for my 3.2 TT Turbo recently.. Having trouble now with the PRNDS flashing / locked out of all gears when the car gets to full operating temp. Going to try some things this afternoon.. but subbed to see if you run into anything similar in part 2. Good video and awesome car!
Yes. The OE clutc pack will either end with no letter or have an A at the end. Where as the mk7 golf R clutches ends with a C. Confirmed this with VW too.
What clutch pack did you fit the one in the link looks like a normal pack as it doesn’t say Golf R & isn’t it a 7 speed . I just want to do the same and what to make sure I get the right one Thanks Ian
Great to be part of this and help out! 👌🏻
Couldn’t have done it without you bro.
Checking in from the United States and I appreciate your Vw content bro!

Sounds awful. Have you tried doing basic settings via VCDS?
Find a boiler maker,he could cold metal stitch repair your manifold as you can't weld cast metal
That crack on the manifold is properly weight of the turbo is pulling it down is the turbo braced, to the engine block
You probably right. And no it’s not braced. I’ve not seen anyone brace a turbo on an R32 turbo so would love to know how people have done that before
M2❤
Looking good mate, do the R32 and mk7 R have different part numbers for the packs?

Hey. The one in the link has the part number that ends with a C. This is the one for the mk7 golf R. I confirmed with VW before ordering too.
Also wait until I have my dyno session tomorrow just in case 😬
Hi, You think that i would be able to upgrade my 2006 audi TT 3.2 mk2 clutch with this set? My dealer say that 02E398029C goes only 2012 and newer :/
Yes you can. They are identical except some of the internal specs on the plates themselves
Is it a dq500 that you’ve put in or a staged dq250
I kept the original dq250 gearbox with mk7 golf R clutch’s packs. These can handle around 550ft lbs.
Is it possible to turbo a golf mk5 2.0 fsi (Bhy engine) ?
Are they not already turboed?
