Watching your drone shots is one of my favorite things about your videos for this very reason. That, and I feel a connection to the lands of my ancestors birth. Hi Lucy! Forgive me for offering unasked for advice but I related to your comment and wanted to offer a “mind trick” that may be of benefit to you. When you notice you are having negative thoughts while trying to sleep, it’s really powerful to know that you have two different mindsets going at once. There is the ‘negative thinker’ and there is ‘the noticer’. Remember the real you, the deeper you is the noticer and this you can reclaim your dominant way of thinking by labelling (and in a way objectifying) the negative thinker. I called it my ‘Night Negs’. It then almost becomes fun catching yourself slipping into your Night Negs and remembering they aren’t the real you’s thoughts, just an unhelpful habit that’s developed. Some people even call their negative thinker by a human name, one funny name I heard recently was ‘Magda Trash’. Hope this helps :) And while you are strengthening your noticer side, notice some great things about yourself during the day and write them down! Read it at night between Hoof GP vids :)

@@aldemar843martes8 you come into a comment with somebody being sad about the lost of their mother just to say you don’t care about the comfort or wellbeing of cows. You are the worst type of person
LOVE your explanation to everyone about how incredibly well cattle are actually cared for. In undergrad, we learned SO much about cattle health and how social they are and how they even babysit each other's calves. Cattle are actually amazing creatures and your explanation about them and the farms, farmers, vets, and hoof trimmers is spot on :)
18:22 HaaaaHaHaHa! That was a surprise fellas...hilarious. It was nice to see Gracie and good to know she hasn't gone backwards in her healing. I'm one of those people who love to see the cattle on pastures, that's how it was when I was growin' up so when the big fancy barns first came along I thought it was absolute craziness. I've been at few of the updated farms and got to see what went on and why and it made me feel that I kinda wanna come back as a dairy cow on one of those farms, if reincarnation is a thing. Heh, heh. They still amaze me with their automatic power windows, ventilating walls, backscratch brushes and soft floors. One of the larger ones near me has the cows free roaming in a massive barn like that and they are taken into a milking parlour so many at a time. It's a fantastic system, it's clean and you can plainly see that the animals are happy and in peak physical condition. I still get to see cattle on pastures but now they are usually Aberdeen Angus and Hereford and that's cool too. Terrific video and I love how you explain a bit of how and why things are done. Some people live their whole lives never seeing a farm or knowing how they operate and I think people like you who educate are doing a great service. Thanks!
I don't know how anyone can make negative comments about you or your channel. My son pointed me to the site and I was honestly surprised at how entertaining it is. Now, I can't stop watching. I even watch some videos more than once.
Read every comment eh? Graham I enjoy watching your content so much I've made several Dungeons and Dragons non-playable characters based on you and One of my character's profession is hoof trimming. What do you say to that Graham the Dragon Trimmer?
One good thing that came out of the covid is that my boss got a small business stimulus check and he is now looking to buy a shoot so trimming will be easier on us and the cows and i hopefully will be more comfortable with learning how to trim their feet🙂👍🤞
I’m a 4th grade teacher in Southern California. I started watching your videos on Facebook during 2020-2021 pandemic. It’s very calming to watch you trim these cow’s and bull’s hooves. I love learning about what you do. Thank you for all your videos and sharing your personal life with your fans.
More often than not, especially lately, I'm in need of a good dose of a positive, friendly attitude. This young man never fails to deliver! I live in a farming community and always wondered about tending the feet of cattle. Thank you for the education and the positive nature that is you!
I’m an equestrian and am so impressed with how well you take care of the cow’s feet! I’m finding it incredibly interesting and educational watching your videos. It’s great to see how much more comfortable the cows look before vs. after. I’ve been an equestrian for over 30 years and am enjoying learning the difference between caring for horse hooves and cow hooves. Thank you for keeping me educated and entertained! 🐮
It’s incredible how you can tell a hoof has a problem just by looking at it, I never would have thought those little cracks were actually part of a bigger problem
Honest to God, today while cutting my lawn Gracie crossed my mind, I wondered how she was doin & if that rear foot had healed proper! thanks for her update, we ALL know your doing the best for her!!
5:29 I've got something to say to your face, Mr Parker! *serious glare* You've taught me stuff I'll probably never need (just enjoy knowing), and perhaps worse, You've made me Feel stuff without my consent! You've made me care about the cows and bulls you're helping, and made me happy to see their improvement! Your gentle way with them and prestigeless attitude has made me respect and admire your work, and I don't even know you! Sure, I might not help matters by continuing to watch your videos, but I hold You responsible for making me enjoy them! The only way I can think of for you to make it up to me is for you to follow your heart and find joy and fulfillment from it. Otherwise I'm not sure I can forgive you for your feel-good/satisfying/enjoyable content.
The work that you have done on Gracie is fantastic! I love the way you lovingly look after all of the cows and bulls that you see. The work that you do for the videos and the music that you choose is fabulous. Thank you for educating me on looking after cows hooves. I love your channel.
It's so humorous how the cows are just so intently staring at the drone while it flies past them, during the portion of the video that you introduce the topic of the cows being kept inside😂 Edit: Thank you, Craig, for getting Graeme like that at the end😂😂😂
I don't eat meat/milk but I love to watch your video's because you are taking such good care of the cow's. I wish they could live their full 20 year life and raise their own calf ❤️ but you are doing a great job and it's really informative to see how many farms are using technology to make them feel better.
I'm from Durban, South Africa and I have to say I've become besotted with your channel since I found it a week ago. Your kindness, love and compassion for these animals really amazing. You truly do an amazing job.
Here in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, we have a lot of Black Angus beef cattle and quite a lot of family dairy farms. I had no idea that cows needed hoof trimming! You have educated us all. And I know what you mean about 4 seasons all in one day! When we visited Scotland a few years ago in December, we experienced that a few times. Keep up your good work. You are the best hoof trimmer on the Internet and I really enjoy your sense of humor. And let us know how Gracie is doing!
I’m 69, disabled and I love watching your videos. The care and the help you give these cows is so gratifying. I love cows, I grew up going over to my friends dairy farm after school and helping with chores, many years ago.
Shout out to Craig - you genuinely made me laugh out loud! Great to see you getting involved in the GPs shenanigans, you’re an awesome team. Thanks as always for the vids - interesting, informative & beautifully produced. Much love from Stourbridge & District Scottish Society!
So I’m just a Mom in the US and I don’t need to know any of this but you and your family are so uplifting and sweet I watch just to support you! 😅 I’ve learned a lot !
I'm glad that there is a way to modify that new blade, and I'm glad Gracie is doing ok. These cows look fantastic! Where I live in SoCal, they are on feedlots, which smell of stale pee always, and the cows are "slimy on both ends and meat in the middle". The cows at Gracie's barn are clean and healthy, and have a calm happy demeanor. I'd say that means they are just fine in that beautiful barn!
2:32 so that's where parmesan shavings come from! Love what you're doing for these aninals and your passion for doing it! Happy food is delicious food. Our friends' parents have cows and they sell the meat to a coop arrangement with their friends. The meat isnt perfectly AAA marbled but it has the best flavor you'll never get with grocery store meat. Better than what most restaurants get. Good husbandry definitely helps the end product.

I just discovered this channel. I love how much you care for the cows. I’ve always wanted to visit Scotland because my mother’s family came from there. Your videos are so beautiful and I can enjoy watching even though I am a bit over the hill and we all have to worry about Covid. Maybe someday but until then thank you so much!!
I love to watch your videos (from Poland). It is amazing how you take care of all those cows. I am very impressed with your experience and gentle care.
Ive been watching your videos for several months now. I have learned so very much about cattle, hoof care, trimming and so much more! I have sent your videos to friends that need answers to hoof care. And also to my farrier friends that keep telling me they know nothing of cattle hooves. "Thank you" for providing information so we can better care for our friends!!!
I love when you use water to clean it. I can see it better...just shaving it. You can't see the heel and the connection to the hoof. Thank you so much for making self known.
So I’m on the couch binge watching your videos when my 17 year old daughter (sitting on the other couch) says “are you watching hoof go? So am I!” Lol. I’m 50 btw. Your videos appeal to so many people from all walks of life. God bless you and your family and all the cows you help.
I fell into your site by accident about 4 months ago and I keep coming back to it. Now I am a city dweller and don't know zip about cows but I am learning a ton about them from you. While the trimming part is fascinating it is your knowledge that keeps me coming back. When you explain something I am amazed at the depth of your understanding and, even more, how long it must have taken you to acquire it. Now I could never work with cows, they are filthy animals and apparently pretty stupid, but you give each one a personality which makes watching much more enjoyable. So thanks for the hours of entertainment and understanding you provide.

I am emotionally attached to Cow 812 (Gracie).
My kids ask if there is an update on 812 all the time
I think we all are attached to Gracie
i am a 63 yr old female. and i love watching you fixing the cows hoofs.very interesting to me.
He does a wonderful Job cleaning these cow’s hoof’s up .. he knows what he’s doing .. hats off to you brother ..
Thanks!
It’s called a milking “parlour”?!?! Well, now I want one!!!
@@utuberhoda That does put a quaint spin on it doesn't it? That term goes back to the beginning of dairy farming it seems.
I've learnt more about cows on this channel than ever before 😂. I keep surprising the dairy farmers in my family with my sudden cow knowledge
Haha. Absolutely love this!!
I like how watching The Toe Bro has led to me watching cow claws and horse hooves being treated. 🤣
Janice Me too!! 🤣🤣🤣
Same here
Ditto
We need help!
Dr. Lee leads to acne videos.
The Toe Bro to hoof care.
Don’t forget the Audiologist and wax cleaning.
Me too!!
I don't know how anyone can make negative comments about you or your channel. My son pointed me to the site and I was honestly surprised at how entertaining it is. Now, I can't stop watching. I even watch some videos more than once.
You are such a patient teacher. Debunking all these myths about cattle farming
Read every comment eh? Graham I enjoy watching your content so much I've made several Dungeons and Dragons non-playable characters based on you and One of my character's profession is hoof trimming.
What do you say to that Graham the Dragon Trimmer?
Ha ha thats cool!!!
@@TheHoofGP omg he replied. Keep up the great work!
Muahahahaha
im 100% stealing this. Every town will have a Graham.
Hey there late night crazy youtubers, I saw 812 and had to watch straight away..
One good thing that came out of the covid is that my boss got a small business stimulus check and he is now looking to buy a shoot so trimming will be easier on us and the cows and i hopefully will be more comfortable with learning how to trim their feet🙂👍🤞
Chute !
Don’t cry sweetie love watching your videos you have so much love for all these cows 🐄 and bulldogs 🐂 and you love your job❤
Who would've thought a cows foot needed so much work. So glad there are people like you out there to help them. Good job and I love you videos.
The hoof care industry that you specialise in is fascinating.
It’s a credit to how much you and the farmers look after these animals.
If you have food on the table for dinner tonight-Thank a Farmer! If that farmer is able to provide from their cattle-Thank The Hoof GP!!
Everytime I look at your videos I'm touched by your love of your job and helping the animals... Thanks hoof gp
I'm a country girl, but I've never been quite so addicted to watching such a topic. Love it. Watching you all the way from Alberta, Canada 🇨🇦 🥰👍👍
I think you are THE spokesperson for Scotland’s dairy farmers. Your videos represent the best of agriculture and animal husbandry.
To think of her trembling in pain is just awful. She’s come such a long way. Bravo you guys beautiful work.
5:29 I've got something to say to your face, Mr Parker! *serious glare*
You've taught me stuff I'll probably never need (just enjoy knowing), and perhaps worse, You've made me Feel stuff without my consent!
Otherwise I'm not sure I can forgive you for your feel-good/satisfying/enjoyable content.
seeing as you read every comment and you're reading this I hope you're having a good day! I always enjoy watching your vids
I am .... although I really should be asleep right now!
@@TheHoofGP Go to sleep!!! :) Hahahaha as should I.
You are very entertaining. I find the music relaxing with beautiful scenery and you are quite cute. Best combination.
The work that you have done on Gracie is fantastic! I love the way you lovingly look after all of the cows and bulls that you see. The work that you do for the videos and the music that you choose is fabulous. Thank you for educating me on looking after cows hooves. I love your channel.
i see you've installed a piss shield, good thinking....
I know I'm late but I had been wondering if that was a thing in previous videos haha.
His old crush didn’t have one but the new one does. It’s been a while. Just one of those things that is working perfectly if you don’t notice it.
The Appleton Steel came with the guard. The WOPA and KVK don't have it!
It's so humorous how the cows are just so intently staring at the drone while it flies past them, during the portion of the video that you introduce the topic of the cows being kept inside😂
Edit: Thank you, Craig, for getting Graeme like that at the end😂😂😂
Much love from Stourbridge & District Scottish Society!
really like your background music. It's stuff I've never heard before.
Joe Stalin he’s done a vid on all the music he uses, I’ll see if I can find it & post the link...

Joe Stalin it seems to be European groups. I like it better than music I hear here.
Charming caring gentleman. Does a great service to these animals. God bless you and those that you love. Deb
So I’m just a Mom in the US and I don’t need to know any of this but you and your family are so uplifting and sweet I watch just to support you! 😅 I’ve learned a lot !
Your videos help my anxiety. Watching someone who knows their stuff “do their thang” makes me feel calm. Thank you.
I love the way you explain things! You make sure you know what you’re talking about and you never bs us! I love your channel and keep being awesome 😊❤
Just realised your music tracks are probably why I find your videos so relaxing 😊
Same here. The music and his accent or something…
Watching always lift my mood.

Loving the last segment of this video teaching us about the climate and reasons behind keeping cows indoors in Scotland! I always appreciate the variety of different styles you have when putting your vids together, and it seems like you have a lot of fun doing it! Thank you for teaching me something today, looking forward to the next one!🌟👍🏻
Love to see animal focused RUclipsrs and I never would've imagined CowTube catching my attention, yet here we are! Keep up the great work
My husband and I watch channel all of the time. I've never been interested in cows, but now I'm hooked. We watched Craigy Boys wedding, sweet and very touching. Thanks guys!!❤❤
My uncle was farrier but of horses and I grew up on a ranch but the vet has always taken care of our cows hooves. I am impressed and love what you do for these cattle.
Oh my gosh, you and Craig are the sunshine of my day! You had me laughing from the start and it ended with a good laugh too! Thanks so much for making my day so much brighter. Love the video and I will be looking for Gracie’s book.
So I've now learned that Scotland, and Missouri, have the same kind of weather! All four seasons in one day!
The Pacific Northwest is similar too
@@musicalatv yeah I've been up near Seattle, and Portland, a few times and that is very true. However, there isn't enough money on earth to get me to go back there now. Those people are crazy! Well at least what gets covered in the news makes them look that way.
Oh yea, southwest Ohio too.
@@travishopkins9719 yeah things are too crazy around here for us too. We want to move as soon as we can. We also want to have multiple Acres so we can live more of the homestead lifestyle and get way from all the hustle and bustle.
@@musicalatv I live in Missouri so come on over! We have plenty of acres, and I can almost guarantee that land prices are cheaper here.
💛 Your content just keeps elevating. You’re the Beyoncé of the hoof trimming world @TheHoof GP
Hello from the middle of Texas. I grew up with Brahma cattle. I had 1 particular cow named Sugar Baby. She was a great cow to milk and spray the cats with her milk. I like watching you clean the cows hooves. It takes me back to my childhood. Thank you
Cool to think you actually read every comment. I never thought of this topic but am fascinated by cows hoofs and absolutely appreciate your skills and ABILITY to bring it to us. Stay well!! Thanks
What an amazing farmer she lives with, and mostly the fact she has you to help her with her feet 💜
One cow said to another :”you afraid of getting ‘mad cow disease’”
“Ach nooo. Why should I, I’m a sheep”!
🤣🤣🤣
Okay so you're positively wholesome and your roll with it personality really shines in these videos, I have to say. Well done.
I love watching how much you actually care for these animals. Your doing an amazing job...❤❤
I really enjoyed all the additional information about the living conditions that you included in this video. So fascinating!
I grew up with my grandparents beef ranch and later sheep. It's always a pleasure to watch (and listen) to you work and take care of these cattle. Hello from Midwest America ❤
I spend hours watching your videos you are a real entertainer I find the trimmings really relaxing to watch and it's more than a job to you.I love cows people don't appreciate these marvellous animals ❤
I love watching your channel you are a joy to watch you are very informative and I have to say I could listen to you talk all day long and sometimes I do. Love that accent. I'm 70 years old and live in Georgia in the States. I enjoy seeing your family when you bring them along God Bless you
PLEASE READ: I absolutely loved this video especially the tutorial about why cows are often housed in barns 365 days a year. Mr Hoof GP if you can think of another topic to speak about I’d love that! I.e., about the glues you use or anything you can enlighten us about! 😊
