I had to learn to look left and right across the street, it's important to be aware of your surroundings, everyone has more True Wireless then you can barely hear them.💯☝💪😉
How long must you train to be a tram driver? It looks like a lot of fun, but I guess there is a novelty that wears off if you go on the same routes to often. I've watched some of your other videos and I'm now subscribed and looking forward to more tram rides around HK!
It's interesting to see. There were 2 questions. 1) Cars are controlled from 2 sides or only from one side like ordinary trams. 2) Do the rod jump off the contact wire and how difficult is it to put it back?
1. Our trams can be operated on both sides! 2. The "trolley pole" seldomly jump on contact, and here's a video about how to put it back: ruclips.net/video/YkQMkkEBbow/видео.html
thanks for sharing! interesting sounds of the old trolleys...one question, is it legal for people to ride bicycles in the trolley track area? sometimes you can see people cycling by in the opposite track.
New subscriber here! I’m really enjoying your channel. I find the videos very relaxing and interesting.
The vintage trams are so quiet. There's hardly any noise.
Thank you for sharing your part of the world
Hope that you enjoyed!

Great videos! Thank you for sharing! I want to visit Hong Kong one day!
Looks like you only have an airbrake on these trams. Feels weird to see it in daily use, we only have them on heritage vehicles. :)
We are really driving the "heritage vehicles", some of them are over 100 years old!

@@hktramguy Is there such a rod on each car or only in the places of turnover of cars?
We have one of them on each tram

It's leagal actually, according to Hong Kong's law... And we are used to them
This is very pretty
Do you enjoy your job? How many hours do you work?
I'm working around 9-10 hours per day, and I enjoyed it a lot!
Seems like the breaks on this tram aren't the greatest. Have to beat the break lever
Thank you for the ride. Very interesting.
