Hello, Richard, I want to thank you and the guys for finishing this Masterpiece! It was great to see the respect and time your men put into the roadster to get it on the road.
@@GasMonkeyGarage Dang it Richard ! You said I could have some fun as long as I stayed out of the front office. Payback's coming, I'm gonna pretend to screw up so much stuff next week you won't have any idea if your making or losing money !
I'm not really a, "car guy." I've always viewed vehicles as utilitarian tools. So I don't know much about builds, but damn! That build is clean! The builder did a great job and may his craftsmanship live on for a long, long time. May he rest in peace.
My guy Richard. At the end of the video! While making jokes about excuses people give when "buying a car" but still with such sincerity in his demeanor is quintessential Richard R. Rawlings that people have come to enjoy! 🤙🏼 Hell Yeah!
Mr. Rawlings you are bad to the bone. You built your empire, and I am grateful to be a subscriber on your channel. I would love to meet you in person and shake your hand, I don't know how many years I got left but that would be a highlight in my life.🤘
Wow you weren't kidding Mike Halls attention to detail is amazing. Having said that you guys did a great job or prepping the car before starting it up.
hardest thing emotionally when you finish a mates build but he not there to hear it ! great work Richard and team for doing your lost friend proud RIP to all the car guys and girl in heaven
Mike Hall would be proud. The stance and the knock offs.. so awesome. I would have put a little wider tire on the back because I have no class. Mike made perfection look easy. He is watching and smiling. You guys are awesome. BTW.. don't let body guys touch the electron switching devices.. they have no way to comprehend how this magic works. The chemicals get in their system and harbor for years.
I don`t know that gentleman who build that rod but you can see within a second that the man was an Artist. Not only but, just the best was good enough. I would have loved to get to know him.
I like how the seat is super low and the doors are high around the driver! Nice look when driving it….. Some these have the driver sitting high and looks silly…..but this one looks perfect
There's nothing quite like the feeling of finishing a project, or at least a phase of it. Just last week I finished my Phase 1 and have taken her out on a few shakedown cruises.. and a few just for the hell of its.
What a beautiful car. I really like that you got the car up and running again. Have you brought it back to the family to get their reaction to seeing it back on the road? I'm sure it would be quite emotional for them.
Deamon cooler? Damn, its hotrod sound like as hell. Not bad steering but touch fly from street. This work is absolutly hectic. Name Angel off Satan.. 😮 11/10
OMG! you used a clip of the late Eddy Wally (waaaw) from my home town of Zelzate in Belgium in your Video. My parents actually used to know this guy, he was a well know crooner in Holland and Belgium in the 60's and 70's. What are the odds...😂
Beautiful car but I hate the color, respray it in candy apple red or black and put bigger rear tires on it. Love your attention to detail being so careful with it by putting down towels to protect surfaces.
Awesome episode....be great if the transition from talking to music wasn't so aggressive and loud...not the best sound engineering but sure you'll figure it out 😊
You can definitely tell that the builder enjoys what he does. Congratulations, Richard that car is a work of art.
Awesome to see how little you filmed in his garage to show respect to the family's privacy in this hard time. Much respect 🙏
Hello, Richard, I want to thank you and the guys for finishing this Masterpiece!
It was great to see the respect and time your men put into the roadster to get it on the road.
Should they take the Roadster to SEMA in honour of Mike Hall?
Funny seeing Richard and three mechanics trying to figure out the original builder's electrical system then Mike the painter figures it out.
That's because Mike the painter is also a master mechanic with a wicked sense of humour.

You're a good man for this Richard... Wow Mike knew his stuff for sure... beauty
Sorry for the loss of your friend. R.I.P Mike Hall.
It's great to see the respect that was given to the car.👍🇦🇺
Fiberglass or not, still one of the most gorgeous cars to roll out of that garage door.. RIP Mike Hall.. Well done sir !!
Beautiful car I think it needs a little wider Tire on the rear end though
@@jeffreebailey4464 rearends a tad to narrow
Awesome car, respect to Mike Hall. Well done Richard and team for finishing it. 🤠
What a beautiful car!! It reminds me of Boyd Coddington quality builds.
My thoughts exactly when I saw it...
That’s one sweet hotrod 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 thank you for being so respectful to the builder of this amazing street rod!
That's a real beauty! Take care of it guys.

Beautiful Roadster build. My condolences to the family.
Hi love from India
🙌
this is indeed a great car. it was built with love ❤ 8:18 what!! eddy wally 😂😂😂
"didn't even have to spit on it". Classic.
I'd like to see you guys do an old woody vehicle. Don't matter what type just to see wood integrated into the builds, like the dash and panels
The Richard could buy something that was rusty AND full of woodworm...!😂
Wow you weren't kidding Mike Halls attention to detail is amazing. Having said that you guys did a great job or prepping the car before starting it up.
This is a great video, thanks guys. Beautiful car.
Beautiful!!! I love the color!!!!!😍💕😘🙏💖💖💖💖

Simply "Beautiful" car 👌

If there was a car he should buy and keep it's this one. One of a kind!!
Then it would be called poor monkey garage😂
That color is amazing - what a great car.
One cool roadster! I like the color and the Hilderbran long oval hole style wheels.
I like how the seat is super low and the doors are high around the driver! Nice look when driving it….. Some these have the driver sitting high and looks silly…..but this one looks perfect
An absolute beaut. Doesn't get better than that. GYSOT indeed!

I'm not really into open wheel cars but this one is a beautiful ride.
damn that roadster is cleeeeeean
Looks like a Boydster III kit. Really nice choice of colour and wheels. I think I liked it better without the hood.

That color just works....oddly. Beautiful
What a beautiful build! Its one of those times where a car becomes a piece of art haha
Jesus Christ, the Oceans Eleven similar soundtrack. I’m wasted. Love the everything. Gold
What a beautiful car Mike made. Hopefully Richard will keep that car.
I don’t think he will if it’s a fiberglass body.
@@poizonfreak9967 yea snd he said he is selling it at the end of the vid. Being that it’s the last car made by that man he should really keep it

Not my first choice of color, or wheels, but I'd definitely bring it home.

Great job again.
Love you Richard Rawlings ❤❤❤
I love the hot rod race car 🏎 🏁 🚗 😍 👌 🙌 🏎 🏁 🚗 😍 👌 🙌
It's definitely a nice one for the collection
that car is special
Needs a retro belt or lap belt. The seats are beautiful and I feel like the harness sorta ruins them.
This car is beautiful and deserves to be shown off at the grand national roadster show.
Badass of a ride.

I have been a fan since day one when they first appeared on the discovery channel in Belgium.
In UK people that call you up to look at your car to buy but dont have any intention of buying it at all we call "Tyre Kickers
