Ryzen has it set to run at 90 degrees Celsius on purpose, and while it may be "fine" for the CPU, according to Ryzen it's not fine for my ears as my 240 water cooler decides it wants to turn into a noise machine as it cranks up to 100% to keep it cool. So it's not really the paste, it's the Cooler, but I ain't dropped 200 doubloons for the 2 extra FPS my bottlenecked ah CPU would give me at max speed.
My pc went from 57 deg cel idle to 41 deg cel in 90% max settings at idle. Even the gpu from 46 now at 36 deg cel. WOW! Thank you man. playing Delta Force before it reached 70 deg cel now it keeps down to 46 deg cel.

I heard this slightly reduces cpu temps, is it possible to make a vid on how to accomplish underclocking through the bios? specifically msi? also is it safe to reduce it down to 50?

The cpu power menu on windows can go all the way to 0 safely and will make the cpu run as slow as it can go
