This 1978 F-150 has been sitting for years! Will it rumble to life once again?

I bought this truck after sitting for years. The motor was not stuck, so we put a battery on it to see if it would show any signs of life.

My Dad had a brand new Black 79 almost just like this. 4x4 with the white dealer installed wide white rims and tires, AC. Almost identical the the Urban Cowboy truck even had the roll bar. It was a gorgeous truck. He and my mom got into a car fight though and he tried to block her from leaving in her car. So she reveed that 302 Granada up, threw it in drive and T-Boned him straight in the driver door with a 40 yard head if steam square in his door, knocked it out into the 4 lane with his drunk ass in it. She wasn’t gonna be hemmed in I reckon. She trashed that truck though barely a year old.
