In this video we go over some general etiquette of working in I.T. This will cover some of the Do's and Don'ts when you are looking to get started in Information Technology.
Make sure you are always asking the right questions and don't EVER feel stupid when you are just starting out.

I think this video is great and important enough to fix the audio. Try and and use a plug in to remove certain frequencies or make another video similar to this one with the same points with more elaboration.

hey thanks alot for the info you really helped me out I feel more relaxed now bout getting my first level 1 help desk job i just delt with alot of ass holes coming from Everest Institute and they thought that they were the shit my problem is i just get easily intimidated and im slowly learningt how to overcome it
