When my husband retired he took a job as a part time delivery driver for Majestic wine, so I got to sample many wines from their stores, one of the perks of the job 🤣 I do think sell by dates are a ploy by the supermarkets to keep us buying more stuff all the time. Would love to know how you do your version of paella if you ever decide to video it, always looking for meal ideas xx

Hi Susan. I try to get the products with the longest sell/use by dates, but with home deliveries, you're reliant on someone else picking the items and they might not have the time to go through everything. You just need to be sensible, don't you? x

In it she mentioned watching a video with lots of crackling noises and how she enjoyed it because of ASMR ( An autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a tingling sensation that usually begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. This was curtesy of Wikepedia...I've just had to look it up!). Anyway, I commented to her that I follow you and that you had done a video on your Sainsbury's haul and how much crackling of the packaging there was and how it made me smile and I suggested that she might want to watch it! Your doing very well with your videos,plus i love hearing you rattle on,oh & i did buy the blue & white sleeveless dress you did in your last video from bonmarche,so thanks for that linda..i actually love a Guinness,wine dont agree with me anymore, probably due to drinking it for donkeys years..but im partial to a martini too👍🏻I think use by dates are a waste,i go past dates all the time too,if something is off you know dont you😊 I used to give my dog dentasticks she never did lose any teeth even at 15..god rest her soul..but great video as always, Thank you linda😊

Loved your outfit of the day Linda 🙂 I don't drink alcohol, but my husband drinks my share, 😜 he loves a glass of Argentinian, chilean , or especially South African (usually red) wine! Our fur baby who left us quite a few years ago, had a dry nose when she got older, so we used a balm on it which helped ( it didn't really bother her, just looked awful!) Enjoyed this video 😃

I have to confess that at the age of 40 I decided that I REALLY REALLY didn't enjoy cooking so I wouldn't do it any longer, or do it very rarely. So my shopping bag from any supermarket is usually full of ready meals or things that are super easy to cook without any preparation. I'm still alive to tell the tale after 27 years so don't intend start now that i'm old. However, I have purchased an airfryer and have cooked bacon AND even steak in it (last night) and it was fabulous! Who knew? Be well, Imi x

I have two miniature labradoodles (9yrs & 12yrs) & apart from the pad balm I buy all of the products for my girls that you buy for your dogs…..although I buy the salmon oil from Amazon, I like to think it’s why they both have shiny coats. I also buy the Gastro chips & I agree with you that they’re the best. x

Chilean and Argentinian wines are brilliant. I don’t do alcohol now, but I still 🎉🎉rate South American reds really highly. Not tried the whites, but why wouldn’t they be good too? Oh yes I use stuff after best by and use by dates. If it’s not actually rancid it’s good by me. Life gets too expensive otherwise. And I’m 76 and still going strong... if I suddenly vanish from comments, you’ll know the worst has happened! 🫥🫥😀
