3 large egg whites at room temperature
¼ teaspoon (0.5g) cream of tartar or ½ teaspoon lemon juice
pinch of salt
⅓ cup (65g) powdered erythritol
½ teaspoon (3mL) vanilla extract
1 ounce (30g) sugar-free chocolate chips
Bake at 220°F (104°C) for 1 hour.
Turn off the oven then rest inside for another 1 hour.
Yields 45 pieces (macros per piece)

I made this recipe. All looked great. I place them in the oven at 200 degree for an hour and left it in the oven but they didn’t get hard. I live in MI could it be the weather! Love following you.
Hello dear, I baked mine at 220°F. You can also increase the baking time by 15-20 mins l, depending on the size of your cookies. If you think it’s bigger than mine, bake them longer like another 30-40mins. Rest them in the oven (do not open the oven door) for 2hrs.

@@lorylou2281 thank you Lory! Once your meringues are cool, place them in an airtight container, with parchment paper in between the layers to prevent them from crushing each other in the container. Store them at room temperature for up to 3 weeks, or keep them in the freezer for up to 1 month.❤️
