2 teaspoons (8g) baking powder
4 ounces (115g) softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons (25g) powdered erythritol
1 large egg yolk
1 ½ tablespoons (11g) coconut flour
Bake at 340°F (171°C) for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick is clean when inserted.

It already tastes awesome before going in to the oven. But I do think you have a typo. You say add 115 gr of coconut flour. I think you mean 15 gr? I made the mistake of using 115 grams oops...

Looks amazing! Can you please tell me if you have a video showing how to make the parchment paper fit the bread pan so snugly? There has to be some cool trick you use. Mine always fits horribly no matter how I try to cut it.

One trick is to crumble it up in a ball after cutting enough for the pan, then smoothing it out again. Yes, it's rumply - but it won't curl away. Spray the pan then tuck in the parchment - it will be soooo much easier!

Is it okay to use erythritol for the cream cheese batter even if it isn't powdered? The texture might be a bit off, but that's the only ingredient I currently don't have.

Have you tried using Allulose? I’ve just ordered some online from the US as it hasn’t been approved in Australia yet. It’s supposed to be very much like sugar in all ways.

Can I use regular raw sugar instead. I'm not doing keto, I'm counting calories. I just try to find something to satisfy my craving without adding up too much calories. A whole cake like this probably last me 2 - 3 days.
Can you please make keto macarons? I've always thought it would be a good one to do Keto because it calls for almond flour naturally! Plus, egg whites and maybe swerve? Would love to see how you would do it!
Tried it like a dozen times. Unfortunately no luck, looks beautiful but NO FEET. Tried it with all keto sweeteners I could think of but same results. Then tried it with sugar and guess what.. it came out perfect! ☹️
