My wife and I have stayed at the Bell many many times over 25 + years. We loved the place. the problem was the new owners tryed to fix something that didn't need to be fixed. & "F it UP! sad sad!💔💔
I played in a small band on a platform located at the entrance of the casino around 10 years ago. People would enjoy our music as they came in. Then we’d take a break and people would gamble and drink until we started up again. GOOD TIMES! 😁😀😆👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
In this past my family and I stayed at the Colorado Belle, but to say it was poorly run is an understatement. The rooms were dated and neglected, the gaming was good. But, the hotel should've been longer having the 1,100 rooms built within the ship and not in the towers. Also, the restaurants were mostly buffets, which were a money loser! Sometimes, I wish I had the money to invest in the Belle? Or to dream!
Best vacant land investment, IMO, is next to rapidly developing community park between 1st and 2nd street. Zoned Commercial-2, I believe, for Fast Food…Gas Station…ETC.
I don't know I live in Vegas Laughlin is about a 2 hour drive from vegas I haven't been there since 2 years ago but I can honestly say I haven't heard anything about the town going dormet so where ever your getting your sources from you might not want to believe everything you hear hun🥰🥰
Too bad the Edgewater rooms are so pathetic. Even free rooms don't help. The owners know they need to invest in their properties. At the Edgewater you have to ask and then wait hours for a room refrigerator. We said one night and went down to the Riverside for the next four days. Shame on them.

Our hopes are that they fix it not demolishing reopen it. It is part of Laughlin and they should reopen it because it’s an icon.
I worked at the Colorado Belle from 1988-1990, and it was a great place to work and great people also! That was when Laughlin was jumpin!
