I know im randomly asking but does anybody know of a tool to log back into an Instagram account? I stupidly lost my login password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me.
@Maverick Mohammad I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
Well made video lads! I've viewed videos on the same subject, but they omit to mention to drop the car down before re-filling with engine oil. Some people who view these videos will literally follow them step by step, so they need to be as you have done yours, is simplistic! Keep up the good work!
After seeing how to replace the oil pressure switch and saving a nasty garage bill my son has now learned how to change the oil & filter too. It's so helpful to be able to see what to do. I have no doubt we'll be back when the next gremlin shows up. Thanks again guys.
I will advise you to use original GM spares. Other filters sometimes are a bit longer and they will get twisted when tighten the cap. the filter that was removed for example. Original gm filter is 5 € i think.
My filter was a mess. The plastic on it was cracked and the thing it goes over came out with it! It was really stuck. I dug it off with a screwdriver. My new seal popped out the sides when I tightened the housing so I pushed it back in so it couldn't be visible. I hope I did it right.
My corsa is saying “Learning in Progress” regarding my tyre pressure. Also an exclamation mark is showing saying check tyre pressure. The tyres have a 34 reading Which is correct. Any ideas please?
i done the oil and filter change but know when i start my car it dies out the first and sometimes the second time before ticking over ok this never happened before .. any ideas ??
How many miles had it done and when did you have to replace timing chain? On 70k miles and brought from old lady has full service history and still runs good
Great video I'll be doin mine next week very first oil change not for the car but for me looks nice and easy job.... I had mine done last time at a garage trouble is ya never know the type of oil there putting in some put dirt cheap stuff in then charge ya 80 to 90 quid.. Thanks for this video made it look so simple but suppose I'll be fu@@kin mine up 😂
what model oil filter did you use?? I was on the RYCO website and its telling me my '94 XC Barina (sxi) (1.4L) uses a R2621P cartridge filter. However, when i pulled the filter out I discovered that there was a WC011 filter which has the same dimentions but it is a little bit shorter. So should I use the WC011 or the R2621P? Does it even matter that much?
The oil filter you removed was the later type (engine number 19MA9235 onwards) but you replaced it with the earlier type oil filter (up to engine number 19MA9234). The changeover was in October 2003. Were you aware of this? And does it make any difference?
5 years ago you wrote this - and got no answer. I have the exact same considerations - I have a 2002 Corsa C. I bought the short type of filter, but err - I hesitate go get the job done, because I really don't know. When reading your post, I'm positive I bought the right one. It's the first time I ever hear when the changeover took place (BIG thanks 2u) , and it's close to impossible to find any information about it. However; I watched vid over and over (the filter part), and as far as I can see, the filters are of the same type - both short. Hopefully I can locate the engine number. Are you still alive after 5 long years?
that ticking noise is quite likely wear on the car's timing chain. Timing chains are used instead of a timing belt in this car, which makes it a lot more resilient to timing failures. However, if the oil is not kept in top condition throughout the cars life it can cause wear to the chain and make the engine emit a loud ticking noise, which eventually can make it sound like a tractor. It will still last for a good while with this symptom, but if you want to make it quiet, you should get it changed. This'll usually take about £350 depending on your service provider and any other faults they may find.
Brand new website and Car Tuning Parts Shop now open. www.bluudysgarage.com
I've opel corsa C(2001) ecotec, so can you say me what kind of oil I'd better to use? 5/30 sinthetic is ok ?

If you want to make a make shift funnel for pouring the oil into the engine cutthe bottom off a drinks bottle
On my Corsa the sump plug T45 is torqued to 14Nm ( marked on sump ). The oil filter is torqued to 25Nm.

Mate how do you know how much oil you put in at the end. I'm worried if I do it I'll put in too much.
Put about 3.5 Litres Start the car and check again. I believe it's around 3.5 Litres, may need a top up once oil is in the filter.
Nice one just subscribed
Hi isn't it suppose to be 3.5L ? Thanks
yes. He over stated the amount of oil
this might be a stupid question but is it the same on a corsa d 1.2, i assume the engine is the exact same.
.maybe nit exact as I'm nit sure when they updated the engines but it would be similar yes.
what do you do with the old/"used up" oil ? how do you dispose of it ?
Luís Fernandes you need to take it to the council tip. They normally accept small amounts of used oil. Some may charge you per litre.
