It seems like OP really planned on getting in the house one last time & never leave that house again. I'm glad the husband backed up his wife and supported her in stead of taking his mons side. However i feel bad that he's going to continue to deal with his moms's BS. I hope OP is truly there for him the way he has been for OP.
From the Dress story it seems like she has Indian heritage and you guys maybe don't know but Mil and Dil are Enemies in Every Indian show this story could make a great Indian TV show with very high viewership and it will become classic.

After hearing this story with the added parts maybe I'm going out on a limb here, but Patricia sounds like someone who doesn't like her for her color and or culture and covers it up with a "I'm southern and like things to be "traditional", sugar." Or at least once the poster started to zero in on her Asian roots, it sounded that way.

The entire time this story was going, I was thinking, this lady has a really entertaining writing style, with all her random interjections like the tiny triangles, so I was enjoying this moderately better than most of the other stories that are weirdly posted to these video game backgrounds. But then it got to the end with the MIL wearing a wedding dress for an older bride: "I'm on my fourth wedding but I've only had two grooms." Burn! Haha. And then I thought it would be enough of a burn for Grandma to say, "We wear white to funerals," because it would make PP look like a complete fool wearing white to an obviously multi-ethnicity wedding. "You look dead." had me laughing so hard I was crying.
You are _not_ obligated to give birth, raise kids, adopt kids, foster kids, or anything else just because you are a woman or just because you are a human. Tell her "They aren't coming out of you, so why does it matter?" or "Whose body is this?" *points at self* Then she will shrivel in embarrassment! Don't have kids for anyone else, *even* a man who could pass away, leave, abandon you, cheat, or blame the kids on another man even if you never cheated (to escape responsibly.) If she doesn't like your answer go NC with her. Any grandkids will come out of her kids', not the DIL 😤. The nerve!
This OP is a fantastic story teller, i was laughing so much, just some of the lines she used was fantastic " she was hopibg to spend her twilight years here, i wouldnt let her stay for the duration of the twilight film" 🤣🤣🤣 and the names she comes up with was fantastic 💖
