Yeah and he talks about suing for the accident years later. Most states the statue of limitations for auto accidents is around two years. Most I’ve seen is 6. Don’t know all the state laws but I find it hard to believe OP is successfully suing over an auto accident that occurred 12 years ago unless there’s some crazy exception detail he isn’t mentioning. This story is very clearly fake. Well written, but fake nonetheless. I doubt a guy seeing his children for the first time would get ages mixed up after 3 months. He first stated that the kids were 17 and 15, and then with the update, they changed to 15 and 13.
Also another thing I want to point out is to do with the lawsuit against the company who was responsible for his accident. If it was a small company I’m inclined to believe it, however op makes it sound like a well known company where he is from. Medium sized businesses and above would have no problem settling outside of court especially if pedestrian gets run over by their employees. Unless there was video footage showing that op deliberately ran out on to the road, pedestrians usually win those types of cases even if it was their fault.

Gonna be honest, the whole legal aspect of this story makes it sound shady.
2 of my buddies hit a deer riding a motorcycle together. Friend #1 who was driving it got a concussion, but friend 2 that was sitting behind him on the bike flew 30 feet and was in a coma for a couple months. During this time, friend #2s wife started sleeping with friend 1. She got pregnant as a way to keep him supporting her (i know because she tried getting with me aswell, but failed in her manipulation tactics) even though she and friend 2 already had a son together. When he came out of his coma he had temporary brain damage. It took a long time but miraculously he pulled through it. He now has a normal life and a job he loves, and he has since remarried too!

I'm unsure exactly when it started, but of late the recordings occasionally have a high pitch screeching noise at certain parts. In this video (tested on both laptop and phone), the "Hi, I'm Jason" at the very start had a very high pitch. These have been appearing in most videos at varying levels of severity over the past week or two. I wasn't sure if you were aware, and hadn't seen anyone else mention it, so I thought I'd leave a comment! I hope they can be resolved fairly easily.

So many things wrong with this story. 1, being a wheelchair user (unless into kink, no one is ever wheelchair bound) is not the end of the world and makes one useless. And unless their previous occupation was physical and required legs for balance (like riveter), there's not many jobs a wheelchair user cannot do. 2, low income does not equal not having an attorney. In the US, there are free atty services in nearly every city and town. Some can only offer advice and help with forms but many have attys that will show up in court for you. There's more but I'll stop there. I don't think this story is true. Too many "woe is my disabled male wheelchair bound self".
