Before anyone blasts me i am a fat B as in I was 583lbs at my top weight and am working on it i just hit 380 lbs at my latest drop. I have history of chronic illness from lupus and agent orange exposure along with other chemicals and 4 bouts of cancer. Damaged thyroid as in it barely works. Stroke and 3 heart attacks, stage 2 congestive heart failure down from borderline stage 4, no longer borderline diabetic, multiple bone fractures and arthritis to point i cant walk unaided, along with various meds that make weight hard to loose once gained. So not an excuse but part of reason why i ballooned so high before i could get it under control. Hard to exercise when you can barely move. Also changed eating habits from eating once a day to 5 to 6 mini meals, ( weirdly i can be full after 3 bites because i eat as slowly as I can) controled calories, high protien, low sodium and sugar(switched to dehydrated powdered honey instead of sugar and sugar substitutes), now i have great medical care too along healthy eating habits and physical therapy and pool exercise. So losing weight is now daily priority along with being healthier. I need hip replcement once I drop below 300lbs, my son in law has built me a specialized quad bicycle. I was using it until i blew my hip out for exercise. It has foot pumps instead of pedals and bike is high off the ground with bucket seat from old car and stering wheel instead of bike handles and hand break. The pumping is easier on me than pedaling. Its more like walking up steps instead of a round motion of pedaling.
