Peter stop telling people to NOT GO TO MAUI. The rest of the island is open and the people who live/work in other parts need their jobs to survive. Wailea & Kihei are unaffected by the fires and the people there will lose their jobs if you don't fix your erroneous statement. Maui needs tourists now more than ever - but they have to be respectful and stay away from Lahaina and maybe even lend a hand in some way if they want. But tourist $$ are needed now to keep the rest of the island employed. Otherwise we will face a complete economic collapse.
