Will it be very costly to open up between the kitchen and living room? Not necessarily the whole wall, but an opening to feel connected from one room to the next. Either way Lou has done an amazing job cleaning up everything in there.

Hello Charlotte, that beautiful tree looks like a magnolia tree, they are amazing, we have a few on the grounds were we live but for us is too soon for them to bloom, enjoy the good weather, here in Toronto we still had a touch of snow this morning, our "spring" time starts in the 3 week of April and May is the planting month and all the many trips to nurseries ( flowers trees and seed sellers ), 24th of May is a holiday ( queen Victoria Day ) and a great weekend but it's still a few weeks away :(...your no bake cake looks delicious and so did those plates you had with your friend, enjoy, looking forward to the continuation of the Reno, love, love those pieces from Everlane, really classy and modern, hugs

Charlotte what a lot of work has been done!! Amazing! You'll be so excited when you get to meet with the kitchen planners. Just give them all the details and they can give you the possibilites! One thing is the level of the window where you wnat the sink, if that will figure into a standard countertop height. Is the view out of that swirled glass not a good one? Into another flat? It makes me wonder why the previous owners did that.
It doesn’t look into another flat but it’s by the entrance so just for privacy, so we will replace with another style of obscure glass ☺️

Also Congratulations on the house that's so exciting! 🏡🥂 Just a tip which I'm sure you already know - make sure to protect yourself when clearing away any Mold and wear masks too. I went from a very healthy, fit and active person, working in luxury travel and travelling the world to someone who lost their health and I've now been housebound for 6 years. I have Lyme Disease but also my immune system was massively affected by Mold Toxins from a house renovation I did years ago. I had no idea how damaging it could be to the body and I'd hate anyone else to go through the same as me. So just make sure you're not inhaling it etc!! Good luck with it all - can't wait to see the developments as you go along. Sorry for the absolute essay I have just written! 😂🙈 xx

Yes I had invisiline a couple years ago and nobody noticed my lisp but I sure did. I wore Lipsense and I never got lipstick stain on them which was nice. I still wear my last invisiline tray during bedtime and that’s how my teeth will stop from ever moving again. It was sure nice to get rid of the rivets from my teeth too.

Hi Charlotte, I had invisalgn recently and it took about 9 months to complete, its been about 9 months since my last tray, and I had similar teeth to yours, crooked lower, and general slight crowding with same result of widening the bite. its amazing to watch over time isnt it? it was so great to get those nubs taken off, everything you eat catches on them. I still have to wear a tray overnight forever to keep them in place, but so worth it. also general hygiene is so much better, a lot less plaque etc. Im really happy with the results, and hope you are too!! xx
