After spending all day debating on all the different backlights from T1,T2, even the sync box H6601 and H6602 for my 65” Vizio, I decided to go with the 3 Lite. One that I really wasn’t even looking at too much until the last hour before deciding on one. I even went ahead and ordered the 15” light bars for some added effect. Original price for all of it was around 170 before taxes but with all the discounts they were offering on Amazon and having a 50 dollar gift card, I drove that price down to 85 bucks out the door, I think I’ll call that a win win.

Good Video. Just purchased it. One complaint: when the screen displays white, the backlight looks more blueish than white. Changing the white balance does absolutely nothing. Any tips?
Thats odd, check the lens protector is removed on the protector. Recalibrate the camera and bring the corners closer in and check check you firmware updates.
@@RHolmezy Solid, i would say. Color reproduction is good, but could be better imo. Sometimes it turns on, even though the screen is off. I think it's because of reflections on the screen. So overall its fine, but i would have hoped for it to be a bit better / refined.
I like your video, and bought the product. The setup was decent easy and it does catch the color from a full screen very well, however testing a color wheel or fluid slim videoes etc it seems off and not even near as close representation of screen and colors when splitted screen or multipel color reprensentation - what chould i might be doing wrong?
Ordered T3lite but quite disappointed with the results. Just to clarify the lights have been calibrated well and shows good results on ambilight test videos(because they have saturated colors in the videos). But on normal videos shows bad results, moreover ceiling lights adds to the problem, the camera starts detecting as white when ceiling light is turned on. Plus no proper home assistant support. @@GeekStreet yeah I saw. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't the camera. Finally! (will wait for the T3 or equivalent tho)
I get really good orange with the T2?
My only complaint with the T2 is green and I could see the same issue on his video that green doesn't pick up well unless it's super bright green.
Hi I presume they won’t work on 40 inch TV? Was thinking we could overlap the lights around the back of the TV but I presume it wouldn’t work properly as position of lights would be off?
No that won't work properly
Can i ise this without wifi or hot spot my phone to it?
Thoughts so far?
@@RHolmezy Solid, i would say. Color reproduction is good, but could be better imo. Sometimes it turns on, even though the screen is off. I think it's because of reflections on the screen. So overall its fine, but i would have hoped for it to be a bit better / refined.
I’m an oled owner, do the lights turn off during dark scenes?
3 Lite thanks for the review!
❤️
Would be returning the product soon.
Can I cut the tape? Our tv is 34? Inch, ordered 40-50inch smallest one. Will this be an issue?
please dont cut the leds it can damage the whole strip. Ive seen reddit posts and yt videos that usually show how you can overlap them.
@@zerochancesthank you, some people were cutting them just needed to double check that. Thanks
Is the t3 worth it for the price compared to the t2
Can i use this for 32 inch?
Will this work for a 48 inch tv?
What's the width of the led strips?
Hello, the background of my TV is made of black varnished marble tiles, Will the product work?
@jonathanbond5989 best if it's a lighter colour
