The combo has the highest mini turbo and these have the same stats but different drift styles. I sometimes just pick yoshi bike because it fits yoshi well
Speed is actually less important than mini turbo which is a hidden stat that decides how fast mini turbos are charged, how fast you go while using them, and how long the boost lasts. Yoshi on teddy buggy is the best combo because it has a lot of mini turbo and speed which are the two most important stats.
He may not be the best character in the game, but hes still the best *character* in the game

This just shows how balanced the game is because no matter if you pick a very heavy character or a light character you can still have a good combo

Characters don’t have hidden stats. Kart parts do.

@@Mrfruitchewthat’s now how it works, character don’t have secret stats in this game, they only really have the basic stats, there’s no “hidden” stats here, and there’s never been any in any other Mario Kart game either

I love watching your videos but I think Funky Kong is the new meta in Mario kart 8 deluxe because if you put him with Wild wiggler the GLA tires and the cloud glider all of the stats are perfectly balanced with the handling being not the best making him the best character to use in Mario kart 8 deluxe right but that’s my thoughts on the new meta in Mario kart 8 deluxe
No. That has poor Mini-Turbo, and poor handling. That means he won't be able to keep up to any of the mid-weight characters.

No they're the heavy weight class, funky Kong, Wario and dry Bowser are in the very heavy class, Bowser and Morton used to be in the same weight class

@@captain1148 you can just google "character weight chart" and EVERYTHING will show you bowser is heavier alive than dead with stats of 4.5 vs 4.25

this is gonna sound very controversial but I think funky Kong and MK Wii are overrated. MK7 is much more iconic to my childhood and I owned a 3DS and a Wii

No. Funky stats match Wario and Dry Bowser. They weigh 4.25. The next up is Petey Pirhana who is the same stats as the metal characters except he's in a large vehicle. They weigh 4.5. Bowser and Mortan are the super heavy stats as they weigh 4.5. If you're wondering about the other heavies, then Roy, Waluigi, Donkey Kong and Wiggler weigh 4.0. Wiggler just uses a medium kart. Rosalina, King Boo and Pauline use the large kart as well but I cannot remember if they are 3.75 or 4.0 in weight.
Tour is mainline as evident from their terminology in the BCP trailers and the recent Bandai Namco site.
People only deny it because the game is nuanced and because they hate Tour. Both are weak arguments. Try again
