I Have Been practising print pushing eye exercise for reducing my myopia which is -4.5 both eyes .... In this method we eventually remove our spectacles and hold a notebook in hand to try reading at the edge of blur by applying pressure on eyes ….. I tried this on July 1st 2021 and did this rigorously for 15 days …everything went fine …but astonishingly at night I started seeing rainbow around headlights and all the bulbs of my house even in the lights of my scooty…also when I was blinking all rays from the lights were projecting into my eyes …i became scared and left print pushing…i went to ophthalmologist to check whether everything is right or not…he measured my eye pressure and checked retina…but everything was absolutely fine according to him…nothing was wrong…i got relieved mentally .. But since then I am not able to drive at night I am having rainbow vision and when I blink all the lights from bulbs outside tend to enter my eyes … I am a 10th grader 16 year old and up to date I have seen no improvement I am depressed plzzzz is anyone there to tell me whether my eyes will resolve on their own or not….what should I do…i am wearing my glasses of desired prescription but still no improvement in glares and halos…pls I have problem only at night plzzz help I am desperate
Cant wait for the new strategy. I hope it is a 20 25 strategy ;) Watchout for clearing cylinder and spherical at same time. U made a video :) I could imagine it could create dry eye. How is your dry eye? Almost zero shot at fighting all 3 blurs at once. I remember you saying you have a slight cyl left. If were me id find the BEST distance vision sherical and see how much cyl is there.
Dry eye is soo much better since moving to a place where I don't need heating! If a fan is blowing in my face my eyes stream with water, and that is not do-able, so I have to make sure fans aren't blowing in my face, but besides that, my eyes seem un-dry now! I am wondering about cyl.... I have gone with a certain correction at the moment, and I don't want to keep messing with it, but I do have a cyl plan for if this doesn't work.... you will see. Thanks for your advice - I value your insights.
Hello gemily, just checking for the endmyopia prescription lens checker, do we turn down the brightness to the lowest or medium as I found that I can see up to -1 diopters on a medium brightness but only -1.25 diopters on the lowest
I have my brightness on maximum, but that is because I have a window behind my computer. I would recommend the brightness being at a comfortable level, depending on the ambient light of the room. But you wouldn't put it on the lowest brightness - this isn't meant to be an eye exercise or challenge, just a simple measurement, so you don't need to try to put it on the "hard" setting.
@@GemilyMez Also, is the double vision consistent after active focus? Mine seems come immediately after active focus, and then disappears and then come back again. Or is that just astigmatism?
Yes, you use both pairs of glasses on the same day. Your normalised glasses are for normal daily activities, but you switch to differentials for close up work. But since you are a new student, do remember: you start by getting a pair of differentials to wear for close up, and just wear your normal full correction glasses the rest of the time to begin with. After 6 weeks, you can get a pair of normalised and replace your full correction with them. But leave 6 weeks between focal plane changes, and start your end myopia journey by adding differentials for close up to what you already have. Leave the normalised for a bit later.
I'm really sorry to hear that. Being depressed is awful. Try to get outside is you can, and if you can find some nature near by. It is so good for our brains. Keep on keeping on. You will get through this!
Great hearing from you Gem! Merry Christmas!
A great effort, Gemily!
Please keep uploading the stuffs.😁
Good video waiting for next video

@@GemilyMez So medium brightness it is then! Thanks Gemily!

Doesn't matter if you don't upload loads of videos. Quality over quantity!
Unless you are an algorithm ;)
Hello mam ! I am new student of endmyopia. I am confused about normal and differential glasses. Can i used both glasses at same day ?
Yes, you use both pairs of glasses on the same day. Your normalised glasses are for normal daily activities, but you switch to differentials for close up work. But since you are a new student, do remember:
you start by getting a pair of differentials to wear for close up, and just wear your normal full correction glasses the rest of the time to begin with.

@@GemilyMez thank you mam for this explanation.
