Toxic mould - my experience and signs and symptoms
Hey yall, wanted to share my experience living in a home where mould wasn't visible but was definitely without a shadow of a doubt a huge problem. It's so easy to pass off symptoms as being 'nothing' or just trying to fix things yourself... and it is really crazy how things I was experiencing started off subtle and overtime grew gradually worse - making my tolerance level gradually increase too, it could have been so easy to just ignore and think that was all normal. Luckily I have a great mother (and the internet) who made me aware of the dangers of mycotoxins/mould/the lasting effects/damp and how dangerous it all is. I did sooo much laundry that the washing machine actually broke - big up to having a great tolerant mother lol
Anyway i'm sharing this incase it is helpful to anyone else - if you don't feel great, question why that is, fix it or change it. You deserve the best.
