Love the house specially the basement but the master bedroom??? The moist from the t&b, its an open bathroom, the glass separation is not enough. you'll need a lot of dessicant in your wardrobe and rooms.

Si Julia kasi talagang well appreciated nya ang nga elements and materials ng bahay kaya medyo boring sa iba, which is what I like, while Apple Grace is more on direct to what you can easily see.

No staff room? It would be inconcievable to have a house that big and have no househelp.
Although I find this house really amazing but I just find it so stupid for corporation companies to spend nearly a 100 million pesos for a house then once it is fully completed they will sell it for half billion pesos. Have they figured out how many billionaire personalities in Philippines would such expensive house be sold to? Only few. And this few, do you really believe that they would invest such house just again to sell it to a more stupid buyer for more than 1 billion pesos? I'm saying billions for exaggeration even if I know in reality these houses wont cost more than 10 million pesos if materials and fixtures are not in overpriced tags.
For that price, I'd expect larger bedrooms and a daily kitchen.
