Dry Ingredients:
1/3 cup egg whites
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons egg white powder
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the egg whites, water, and egg white powder.
Using a whisk or an electric mixer, beat the mixture until stiff peaks form.
Add the following ingredients to your food processor:
1/4 cup mozzarella-provolone cheese blend.
1/2 cup almond flour.
1 tablespoon coconut flour.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast flavoring
Use several short bursts to finely chop the cheese, being careful not to overmix the ingredients.
Mix the ingredients on the lowest setting until just combined. Gently fold the mixture and transfer it into a piping bag. Pipe the mixture into silicone trays and bake in your air fryer/oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool for another 20 minutes, then carefully remove and enjoy!

It's almost like YT decides ohhh this guy is getting a little attention let's see if other people like it too and bang...you've gone viral. It's slows down alot though after that. It didn't just happen to me...other channels as well.

I believe it would work for a thin hamburger bun, but I haven’t tried it.

I just got a good laugh when I read the recipe! Spell-check changed it so that you are to put them into a hairdryer/oven! Okay? I was wondering if this could be done in a regular oven because my air fryer is far too small for my bagel pans. I do have a toaster oven that has convection, that might be big enough. Would that work if a regular oven would not? Thanks so much for your many great recipes that you share with us!
I might keep that one just for the humor; I didn’t even realize. I'm confident it would work in a conventional oven, and if you have a convection oven, I'm sure it would work well. For a regular oven, I'd suggest rotating it every 10 minutes. Hope you’re doing well today, Bonnie.😊

can you also make a video for something simple that people can cook on the stove and keep in the fridge for a few days ?
i'm asking because the hardest thing for me on keto is the fact that i just cook every day unless i fast..
Thank you, and I'm definitely receptive to suggestions. I usually focus on comfort foods that aren't commonly found on the ketogenic diet-those cravings that, if unmet, might lead me back to old eating habits.😜
if youre cooking something, cook 2x as much. normally i didnt like left-overs... ive found that keto foods tend to be even better the 2nd day. i eat left overs sometimes 3 or 4 days in a row at work for lunches!

i would like to also ask - do you keep it in a vacuum sealed box ? is it better to keep it in the fridge with a lot of liquid so it won't get dry ?
@Eustace__Bagge I store my tortillas which have similar ingredients to my bagels in the refrigerator, though they typically only last a couple of days.😜 The only thing I vacuum seal right now is my "Rind flour" because I make it in large batches, or if I've freeze-dried something.
How many total carbs?
Those bagels were a little bit bigger than the mini bagels and they’re around one net carb each
