The “smiling” grille make such a big difference on a mercedes. Their new frowny-face angry-headlights look they’ve been using just takes the car’s confidence level and throws it away
Wow… the 2016-2018 AMG C63 S Coupe is hands down one of the best car designs ever made. When I first saw the 2016 AMG C63 Coupe I fell in love right away, its the most perfect coupe design ever, especially since the prior gen wasn’t designed too good.
one of my fav cars ever, im only 23 but ill def own a pre 2017 model by the time i get older. i just love that sound and shape. def one of my dream cars. might get a new CLA45 instead though coz the interiors feel outdated but idk that engine is just too good and won’t be getting more of those anytime soon
It is indeed gonna be an Future Icon.Think about the 458 Speciale..The last Track focused Ferrari with a N/A V8..They are now skyrocketing in value..Its gonna be the same with this one...It is the Last C63 to have a V8,a real shame tho,it was the only car in its class to have this big of an engine but its now gonna have the smallest Engine in its class..In just one generation it lost Half its Displacement,Half its Cylinders and One Less Turbo, and worst off all,all of its Glory...
Nice review, the polished metal interior parts make it pop in a good way, on the outside the back fender ‘outlets’ feels dumb. Little detail, the sound of the exhaust, I watched this on 2 tv’s just in case but, the air blowing really toned down the volume, Eugene choosing violence was louder haha.
I personally prefer the Panamericana grille that appeared on the 2019-20 AMG C63s and other AMG models during those years in particular. That's not to say I dislike the grille on the 2018 model. I just find it more interesting and I also believe it retains the same frame shape as the 2018 model and it still has a sense of stateliness.
@@cornholioyo725 I've honestly never noticed since I haven't seen that many C63 coupes from 2018 onwards and I live in New York City so that even surprises me.

Muscle Car ? well lets see , over 500PH V8 , it sounds like a muscle car, runs like a muscle car and I am not even mentioning the E63s/E63s GT--- lol---- on top of that a gorgeous interior full of tech you tell me..... 😉. You can take it to the track , you can take it to a business meeting , and oh yeah-- you want to take it to a date night ✅✅✅
When my dad said to me he wanted to buy a Mercedes, this is the one that comes to mind so I had to tell him to buy this one but the sedan version. But he had already made his choice by planning to buy the 2014 E-Class W212(if he could find AMG version of the E-Class I think he'll go for that one instead). I've looked it up and I think his choice suits him well so I'll let him be 😅
@@automation7295 More so with Alfas they are pretty bad even with honeymoon period. I had a VW GTI, that was quirky for first 3 years but overall decent. Wasnt so great around year 5-9. Its a car for folks who are good with repairing themselves. Things got pricey. Owning Hondas have been less annoying, especially first 3 years. Pretty easy to deal with. I would never ever buy an Italian car, and I would only LEASE a German car. Wouldnt own one. They all become pumpkins after the Lease ends, and becomes the second owner's problem.

I've always hated this old grill
Well said
Disagree the upside down grill looks more proportional

Even if you get the new CLA45, the interior would still feel outdated after a while. All car interiors get outdated over time

Loved the wagon.
Please do more sketching and that type of stuff.
you’re forgetting that the new mild hybrid motor in the new c-class vehicles will help with any, if at all, turbo lag.
Dude the future c63s are hybrid. They don't have turbo lag.
