Which is very smart to do. Why hand over evidence thats going to destroy your own case. Lol

Yep...the judge should have asked to see her phone...And looked for herself...She didn't say she didn't have her phone...Just that, according to her, there was no text. But a quick look at her phone and if she still had texts would solve that issue...I have texts from people from years ago...Until it gets too large that I have to remove something they will stay. Or in the case of business dealings I will keep them for a year.
No wrong person, that was the defendant, for he lied and said he no longer has the texts about her wanting her furniture. You need to PAY ATTENTION (from Judge Judy and Judge Millian).

Harvey's portions are just plain annoying.
