#2, Healing and finding a good therapist is so hard. I just journal and try to share with friends to feel better.

Healing is definitely not an easy thing to do and finding a therapist who's right for you is a challenge.. but it's great that you have a good support system and you're into journaling 🫶 You deserve to heal from your trauma and I'll be rooting for you on your journey! ♡

Points 1 and 3 really hit hard cause I want to start my own thing online, and doing that means to ultimately come in front of the camera, which I don't want. The more I think people are just doing things and literally winging it all the time and STILL getting so much success, makes me get pushed to want to try it now as well. For the last year, I have just been cutting off old toxic friends online and trying to set up the stage for when I don't feel the judgement from people I know. Remembering that I need to forget mastering the skills I have to help people and just blabbering on about what I know is such as important point as well, like many things we all know and think what is good for us, I know these things are the stuff I should remember but my feelings are messy, they just prevent me from taking action, and I'm trying to change that by making to-do lists, taking small actions, changing habits, finding smaller me (that's how I found you) and connecting with them. I'm sorry, I just vomited a word salad.
You look beautiful and great, and your efforts and thoughts are helping me. That's all I wanna say.

It's not easy to throw away self doubt and just start winging it because we hold ourselves back SO much. But you're doing great by addressing this and trying to overcome it with your online presence. We will never feel "ready" enough nor will we feel "skilled" enough because it's a never ending cycle of self doubt so that's awesome that you're putting away those thoughts (to the best of your ability) and taking action. And don't apologize for the world vomit, you're always welcome to do so here!! 🫶
You never know until you try and even though it may be uncomfortable at first, you'll thrive in your journey. I'll be rooting for you!! 💚

    A few lessons for me:
    - I'm better at adapting to difficult situations than I assumed.
    - Don't hang out with large groups of people, where small talk is the only option for autistic old me. Especially my male friends don't seem to want anything else these days. (Somewhat similar to no.8)
    - (Even though:) occasionally showing up, particularly when you don't announce it, is more appreciated than I previously assumed.
    - (Nonetheless:) I'll be more proactive in seeking out common interests I have with individual friends.
    - Avoid small appointments on otherwise empty days, because they just sap my attention for the entire day; i'll try to cram as many as possible in a single day instead. And if I do have a single appointment, I plan a tedious but necessary activity directly in its wake as a pallet cleanser, especially since prolonged activity does not sap my energy exponentially more than short activities do.
    - No.7
    - And 2:43 really began to ache me this year, and it feels empowering
    Happy 23!

That's an awesome list of lessons you've learned in the past year! Finding better ways to navigate through life and relationships that works for you is what matters. 🫶 I especially love your first point because you're realizing how resilient and strong you are, as you should!
And I might apply your fifth point in my life too because the one appointment is definitely an energy drainer and it feels like you're wasting a day for it. 😭
Thank you for sharing what you learned with me and happy 23 to you too 💚

No 6, I am terrible at this but slowly putting it right, my only new years resolution was to be slightly more social,

It's a tough one to practice! I struggle with it big time, but we got this. 🫶 Being more social is a pretty good resolution! I hope you're being gentle with yourself and taking things one step at a time. 💚
