And I do love homes that combine both, just as this home here has a western kitchen within a mostly thai styled home.
A house with a nice view and nice surroundings is better than not to have one. But for me it doesn't necessarily have to be a sea-view. Mountain view or just surrounded by nature can be just as pretty.

I like the shape and form of Thai houses more, but im not so much of a fan for all that wood everywhere. A little less wood and it would be perfect. Im not so much a fan as well of modern, western houses, and there are already plenty of YT channels for that kind of houses. So, do more Thai please.
Maybe in the future some holliday resorts, or some big RV's (riding vehicles/campers), just like Enes (everyone knows Enes) did a few times.
I like Mediterranean/Italian house style the most, but i guess there are not so many of that in Thailand.

I love all the "Victoria" Houses' ! This house is in Patong and Patong is the first place I fell in love with in Asia!. But I do love Thai Style architecture too! But the one thing that house does not have that I insist on is great gym. And when I do come there to pick a house, a gym is very important to me! Along with a breathtaking Ocean view of course!
