Interesting property Victoria, have a few questions for you : 1 what security exist on property (example cctv, alarms etc. ) 2. is there a generator or back up power supply, 3.what are the possibility of building other structures on the property grounds;4 are there monthly maintenance or condo fees; 5 What is the water source and sewage ;6 does this property allow foreign ownership is the property currently owned by a corporation. Home is beautifully decorated and love these Thai style designs with a modern theme….. views are spectacular, the perfect family home for sure…. You always bring outstanding homes to our attention but always very high end market which the vast majority is unattainable… perhaps on occasion you can bring to use a more affordable home …. Great presentation as always….

Hi Victoria, love your channel, great videos and wonderful houses, but I think you have to upgrade your video quality. I am not sure what resolution you are using but compared to other real estate videos on RUclips, the resolution in your videos is very low and it detracts from they beauty of the houses and the nature.
I thought foreigners were not allowed to own landed properties in Thailand. 30 year land lease I'm not sure what happens at the end of 30 years.. you have to buy it again....or walk away ?

Not too expensive for Thai people at this price But investing in buying a second or third home at this price level Thai people tend to invest more in buying homes abroad. Therefore, you should understand it again. But that doesn't mean we won't buy it. We buy if it makes sense.
Yes. Beautiful view. Somewhat large space, but the materials look really basic and cheap. Just a large space with great view. The quality looks really unimpressive though. She did a really nice house in the mountains recently. Much much better quality and a fraction of the price. Just no ocean view. This house really looks like a basic hotel all to your self. Large empty walls. Giant mirrors. Not much built in. The kitchen was really really lacking for the price. Amazing view and large size.
@@porsche9302Nothing wrong with the materials, and you can renovate if you want different fixtures. Most of the quality issues you are looking at is the furniture, and that is presumably staged. You are paying for the view and the services provided by the resort.

Usually the contract is renewable for three terms, so 90 years overall.

Who buys these places? I assume they are too expensive for Thai people, and non-Thai are not allowed to own land in Thailand. Is it leasehold?
