    Rice a summa eduthu sapta weight increase ahum...so quantity 1 cup or 1/2cup+ veg sapta..weight maintain panlam...
    So here quantity is an* important*

      Quantity is not a important combined nutrient portion is important we can take to or (1 or 2 chapati with the vegetable gravy with paneer gravy it should be a balanced meal carbs protein and good fats too)

    பழைய சோறு நல்லது என்பது மிகவும் சரி .
    ஆனால் பழைய சோறில் 75 கிராம் இரும்பு சத்து உருவாகும் என்பது மிகத் தவறு.

    clarification required: Dr.!! When body would be able to digest with the help of sunlight, would it be better to eat food between 7 to 7 (atleast day-light), instead of 9-9....

    Doesn’t matter chapati or rice or whatever you eat..Weight loss is very simple! Just intermittent fasting and don’t eat after sunset. Eat for 6-8 hours window and fast for 16 hrs.. eat whatever in the 8 hours. weight loss will happen. I lost about 35 pounds in 5 weeks with just intermittent fasting. Btw, Great information Doc!

    Even if I did regular exercise and had less food, I could not control my weight gain. Then I started to avoid sweets and junk foods, and eat home cooking. I feel confident to reduce my weight and also feel healthy.

    Yes it is true when I ate 5 chappathis a day I reduced 1 kg and I reduced 2 kg in 3 days. But the problem is I felt very thursty and felt dryness in skin.

    Pazhia soru has 75 parts iron as sgaindt rice some 7parts or so.
    Rice is pure starch hydrolysing to Glucose energy produce in body.
    By which chemistry you produce somuch iron out of starch.

      Same thought how minerals will increase . Iron atom will it divide into 2 iron atom. But I think it increases the bioavailability. ( increases uptake of iron better ) nu ninaikiren

    dr im getting sick, cough and cold very soon..as soon as i have any cool drinks or even a single drop of ice water at night around 8, i get sick or sore throat while getting awaked in the morning. i think i dont have a good immune system.. what should i do to overcome this dr.. it would be a very big favour if u could tell me a good solution.

      @@joenaren5269 all i want is this, i get sick or especially cold very soon. especially if i drink only cool water from the fridge at night time, i get cold and cough while waking up in the morning. but some are also drinking cool water and other stuffs than me, but they dont get cold or sick at all. how do i increase my immune system? what should i do.
