First tip: evening lunch and dinner ku white rice boil pannuvanga la athula micham irukura rice la water uthi rice ku mela varaikum water uthi plate pottu close panni vechikonga after dinner atha marunaal morning breakfast ku tiffen ku bathil itha sapdunga kuda konjam curd add pannikonga...aduthu side dish soldren

Doesn’t matter chapati or rice or whatever you eat..Weight loss is very simple! Just intermittent fasting and don’t eat after sunset. Eat for 6-8 hours window and fast for 16 hrs.. eat whatever in the 8 hours. weight loss will happen. I lost about 35 pounds in 5 weeks with just intermittent fasting. Btw, Great information Doc!

dr im getting sick, cough and cold very soon..as soon as i have any cool drinks or even a single drop of ice water at night around 8, i get sick or sore throat while getting awaked in the morning. i think i dont have a good immune system.. what should i do to overcome this dr.. it would be a very big favour if u could tell me a good solution.
