Not a simple workout. I'm a singer and meditator with excellent breath control. I roll my eyes too slowly to accomplish this exercise. You might consider presenting it more gradually. Faced with rolling my eyes 200x (2 ways) in 10 breaths is simply irredeemably daunting.
