Sir, I am a fresher 2018 MTECH passout in Control Systems Engineering. I am currently taking Automation training at SMEC labs in hyderabad. They said they will provide assistance in job placements and they give contacts and email addresses of vacancies in any companies and ask to forward our resumes. I have been doing that but I have not received any responses yet. I am almost done with the course. Please guide me. Thank you.

Sir please do provide guidance on same issue , I have searched and found a lot of risk of being looted instead of any future . and some institute will provide PLC and scada knowledge which I had worked already as a maintainer so their is no logic to re do it again and that to in a simulator only ,
I put my resume on Siemens and Schindler electric company but not really get any kind of response, + I have no friends working in any of these , neither any reference do I have , how can I get it and what are the risks of I really wanted to become specialist in something I like

Hey, Don't loose hope. Tell me how much experience you have. If you are still fresher and want to work in IA, follow the tips which I shared. I have been passed through this type of situation when I was fresher. So keep trying in small company intially. Don't expect direct response from MNC. Except some MNC are hiring from college campus. I would suggest you to start work from small company and learn as much as. Definitely you can have good offer from MNC once you are experienced with 1-2 year. All the best.

Hi Vineet, I don't think any institute can make 100% placement in current situation. Don't think which institute is giving placement First, Rather see which institute is giving good training. Some institute have settlement which small organisation and they will hire you will very less salary say 6-7 k and they will say we did your placement. So please check everything what I said in video.
