PLC or Programmable Logic Controller is an industrial digital computer and its course makes you ready for the mechanical automation process in manufacturing units and construction buildings. PLC is generally used in industries which helps to eliminate the hard wiring compared with standard relay control circuits, improving productivity. PLC is a Robust Industrial computer which is nothing but a designed task of reading field tools and controlling actuators.
SCADA or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition are used for the high-level process supervisory management. It is the control system that manages computers, networked data communications and graphical user interfaces. As well as, benefits real-time detection of faults in machinery, decreases the number of defects in the end result. However, the course of SCADA will help you to do Hardware, Software and Services. It is essentially a piece of software that is installed on a PC/Computer which acts as a Human Machine Interface.
A Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is a type of motor controller that drives an electric motor by varying the frequency and voltage supplied to the electric motor. VFDs are used in applications ranging from small appliances to the largest of mine mill drives and compressors.A variable-frequency drive consists of the following three main sub-systems: AC motor, main drive controller assembly, and drive/operator interface. Other names for a VFD are variable speed drive, adjustable speed drive, adjustable frequency drive, AC drive, micro-drive, and inverter.
Human-machine interface (HMI) is the part of the machine that allows for interactions between human operators and machines. It is the front-end interface which is used by operators to interact with the supervisory system. HMI helps engineers monitoring and controlling the automation processes. HMI is can display the status of machines. It can be used to control the machines by switching on any motors.

Customer are not able to pay 1000 per day or visit for engineer programmer while other filed even a electrician or Plumber charges 1000 per day

Salary of a experienced person depends on many factors like Performance, City, Company, OEM or MNC and Many more.
We can't directly categorized it but yes If working in a Metro, Good MNC, and if all other factors in favour Salary may go to 20 Lac to 40 Lac per annum also.
If any of the factors are not in favor then 6Lac to 15lac per annum.
I repeat we can't directly tell in general

Even if you do course in Automation now, you need to start your career from start as fresher, as your old maintenance experience will not be counted in automation..
So if you have patience and interest in automation then only do it else.. If money is the priority then whatever you are doing do it full focus and hardwork..
