Excellent John, as always, best vids at Horse Guard and London in general. John is the best on RUclips at what he does, and we have the privilege to be walking along with him.

What he is doing is not about being unique, whatever he's doing with the cream , now it in his hair and hands , now if puts his hands near the horse mouth no one knows how this might affect the horses. I would say something to the Police .

It always strikes me as ironically amusing when ze frenchies come and laugh at the Foot Guard's bearskins - when they are in fact French and a war trophy from Waterloo. Not to mention them all posing with the Cavalry that kicked the proverbial out of them at Waterloo as well.

Your “fortress” on the parade ground is actually the Admiralty Citadel, built as a “bomb proof” building for the most senior naval staff. It was SO ugly that Parliament voted to plant, and to cover it with, Virginia Creeper! It is NOT ivy even though it is nicknamed Boston Ivy by some, who don’t know any better!
My Primary school building was covered in the stuff. We were always amazed when the leaves became that stunning red and then all fell off!

What a difference in the crowd numbers between a Saturday in late October 2023 and last weekend, not quite 7 months later. I know that the main tourist season has now commenced but it isn't even peak summer season. My first trip to London was in mid November, just before the Christmas "rush" had started. Mid to late autumn is a far better time to be a tourist in London.

Seen it in Manchester North West UK. It happened to me in Paris, that was fun. In Barcelona a lady got her handbag snatched. I was warned to be careful in Venice, Milan and Verona last September 2023.

A Long Guard is when the sovereign is in residence , it consists of
1 Officer , 1 Corporal Major , who carries the Standard 2 NCO's
1 Trumpeter who is on the grey horse , 10 Troopers .
A short Guard is 2 NCO's and 10 Troopers .

John, just curious, when did you actually film this? If states that it was posted on May 16, but today, the 16th is a Thursday and you keep referring to the day as Saturday and a protest is you going to happen. I'm a little confused, not unusual for me. Peace as always to you.
